My recent purchase (Chrysler 300), was with Jay White. Jay is a caring sales rep, and I highly recommend him. The sales manager (Tim) is also at the top of my list. Another personal point, is that both Tim and Jay (like me) are car guys. They know cars. This is not always the case at other dealerships. Finally, Central has the best Service Department.They always provide timely and personal service. The work performed has always done correctly. Thank you Lisa and Amanda, and the tech crew. More

Great Service as always! My car starting acting up over the weekend. I called first thing Monday morning. Shawn immediately helped me out. Prompt Service I was hearing what sounded like sloshing sounds in the vehicle and was brought in right away to have it looked at. Given that I have two small children and rely on my Jeep A LOT I really appreciate how Bill was able to get me in quickly and the servicemen did a check and didn’t find anything wrong. Thank you Jeep in Norwood once again for having my back. I always hear people say that they don’t trust the dealership but so far I haven’t had a bad experience. The service may cost a little more than non dealership service but it’s expected with an older vehicle. At least I have assurance that the work will get done right and that they are not “after my money”. Contrary the folks in the service department are professional and fair. They do not overcharge or try and fix issues that aren’t there. And for that thank you Jeep. The Lord always sends good ppl my way and you guys are no exception. More

I called twice the week prior to dropping my Jeep off to ensure everything would be able to be done regarding my GPS. I was told to not worry that everything would work out...turns out the guy wasn’t working so I wasn’t able to have my GPS corrected. I had a problem with this because I took time out of my weekend to make the 45 minute drive specifically to honor the warranty at their dealership. During the visit I also wanted to speak with someone from Just for Jeeps about lighting upgrades...ended up sitting at the help desk for 30 minutes while a woman shot the xxxx with the cook working...so I left. Upon asking management what could be done about the time wasted regarding my GPS they didn’t even want to hear me out, I was cut off in the middle of my explanation and told that I needed to go talk with service. I requested to speak with the finance manager who sold me the all-inclusive warranty I purchased for my wrangler. He apologized but didn’t have any ideas about rectifying the problem. It’s evidently clear that once I purchased a vehicle from you guys the cheery helpful nature went right out the window. I took time out of my days prior to even coming up to ensure that my issues could be handled. As someone who manages my own office and staff I don’t have the time to take off during the week when it’s convenient for you guys to fix my problems. The lack of ownership and urgency to assist in my problems was down right embarrassing and it’s left me with quite a bad taste in my mouth regarding your outfit. More
