The service was excellent as as always. The Service Department Staff were professional, polite, and kept me updated on the progress of the service being performed on my vehicle. Dropping off a vehicle for service and waiting an hour to get a rental is a bit much. The counter attendant at the rental desk was polite, professional, and courteous, and worked hard. But he could only do some much at once. Enterprise needs to heir an additional attendant. More
