Call it an off day in the service department. Since the date of the purchase of my 2015 Dodge Ram, I have had this dealership service nearly every oil change at the required time interval recommen Since the date of the purchase of my 2015 Dodge Ram, I have had this dealership service nearly every oil change at the required time interval recommended. On my last particular visit, it was for an L.O.F. and a Center link recall. Upon pick up which was the next day. I noticed there was no “Next Reminder" Sticker on the windshield. So I pop the hood to check the color of the oil, and noticed the dip stick sticking out a few inches, and other levels of fluid that were never topped off. I asked to verify that the oil actually got changed. I was assured it was. The next day driving to work, the "change oil soon light" comes on on the dash board. Now Im not too happy, so I returned the next day to reset the electronic reminder. Three visits for a simple oil change. Not to mention the cost of the oil change went from $90.00 to $110.00. That was with a $20.00 coupon. That experience is enough for me to reconsider going back there again. More

I was also told that your dealership doesnt accept third party extended warranties which is a surprise to me as I purchased my Jeep in another state. What a disappointment since I've always taken my car here for service. More
