Discouraging at best My truck went in for a recall repair and I added and oil change because it was due. When I made the appointment I was told by service that it would only take a couple hrs for the recall repair and I figured another hour for the oil change. I brought it in on time at 9:30 and I decided to leave it and go with my wife to due a few errands. I call 4hrs later because I havnt heard anything and I was told by Milly that there was a delay in getting a truck lift and that my truck would be done “sometime before 5.” I expressed to her that this was unacceptable and that I was told the job would only take 2-3 hrs not 8-9. She continued to tell me multiple times that my truck would be done before 5 and I continued to argue that it was unacceptable. I finally told her that I needed my truck because I had to work (today) and that I had one of my four kids going to football practice, another had basketball practice and I couldn’t make arrangements for them because my wife was going in two other directions with my other two kids. After telling her for the last time that i needed my truck and that it was unacceptable about how long it’s taking she placed me on hold for a few minutes. When she came back on she said my truck was being worked on and I could go to the dealership and wait for it without telling me an approximate time it might be done. Plus I literally told her that I had two places to be that afternoon which was infuriating. Not only did she not give me a heads up about not having a “truck lift” but she didn’t even offer to get me a loaner to accommodate my afternoon. If I wanted poor customer service I could have gone to a dealership near where I live in Raynham and could have saved the 45 minute drive each way. This was absolutely the most disappointing device appointment I have been on and is an example of why people hare going back to the dealership for service. More

Got the issue resolved. I visited the service department for an oil change and mentioned start/stop feature did not work after a day after having it serviced. Shawn asked for details and took it upon himself to schedule another visit to have the issue resolved. I dropped off my car on a Thursday and the process to find the issue would take more than a day with a Chrysler technician. On the Friday afternoon, it was found to be a sensor issue. I am grateful for the Service department for fixing the issue this time. I am glad Shawn offered to schedule another visit and assuring me that it would fixed. Thank you. More
Last minute change! I arrived at the dealership to have my scheduled service. I explained that I was on a tight schedule as I had an emergency appointment for a sudden dental problem. The service tech asked a service dept. manager if I would be able to complete the service in time to go to my dental appointment. She said that it was unlikely. The advisor graciously cancelled my present appointment and set me up for a new one the next day. I came in for service the next day and was in and out in a shorter than anticipated time. Thanks service dept. for a great experience. More
