Felt like royalty Occasionally when I come in for service I have to bring my 4 year old son who is obsessed with cars. During the process, she left for vacation, and back-up help was inconsistent and incomplete in responding; however, on the day I picked up my car, Anastasia was attentive, responsive, and informative and the hand-off went smoothly. I would not hesitate to work with Mijie and Anastasia again. Although I did appreciate the positive customer interactions, I did feel like I shook too many hands during the process. Probably better to shack too many hands instead of too few. Again, I appreciated the direct, efficient, and relatively low pressure process. I'm hoping that the service department will have a similar approach. More

I also did not appreciate him trying to correct me when he was wrong about my returning from a two day trip, this was regarding the pick up of the vehicle.
