The process went pretty smoothly! It sucks we had no room to negotiate but that’s the market now. Guy was helpful and answered most of our questions. My main complaints is that 1) they lowballed my trade-in offer which caused me not to take it and 2) I didn’t leave with a full tank for gas which is typically just a courtesy considering the amount of money we just paid for a vehicle (and definitely overpaid because of market conditions). Otherwise our expletive was good and I would come back if I needed another vehicle. More
