Throughout the process Mason came across cold, brief, too direct and pretentious. Appreciation for our business felt forced. His personality just didn’t match the natural kindness we encountered with other direct and pretentious. Appreciation for our business felt forced. His personality just didn’t match the natural kindness we encountered with others at the dealership. As an example, during delivery we had a couple of questions about the car. Multiple times Mason’s response to our questions was “the car is very intuitive,” but didn’t provide any answer beyond that. We must not be smart enough to understand the intuitive features of the car after one 5 min. drive. We gave up and decided we’ll just figure things out on our own. We bought the car because it checked our boxes, not because of Mason. We never take time to complete reviews like this but felt compelled given our experience. We did have more questions than a local and several things to confirm before committing to a 3 hour drive each way, but that was reasonable and understandable. No other communication is needed. More
The best experience because of car salesman Mason Fink, EVER!!!! Most salesman just want to make a sale. Mason, however, treated me like a great friend. He was patient and kind and the process was seamless. I am still on cloud 9 and though it took a little over 2 1/2 hoursto get there, it was well worth the drive. I'd drive past several Cadillc dealerships to get to Mason and Central Cadillac. Also, the detailing work done on the car was impeccable. Thanks again! More
I bought a 2023 Dodge Charger ScatPack from Mason Fink, without seeing it in person. Mason provided a video of the car, from front to back, inside and out to show me everything about the car. The process went off without a hitch and was very simple. They shipped the car and it was everything I could have hoped. The only thing that stood out was that I did not get the car with a full tank of gas. This is the first car that I bought where the tank was not full. Maybe this is not a thing anymore because of high gas prices, I am not sure. But other than this, everything was perfect and I love the car. Thank you to Mason and the sales manager who helped me this a great experience. More
David my service advisor did an exceptional job of listening to a couple of issues I had with the vehicle beyond the routine oil change. tire rotations and safety inspection.
