Effortless purchase of a used CT6 via internet All staff was excellent. They answered every question promptly and accurately. Before purchase we requested a video be taken. Very helpful. The money man Evan made the financing a breeze. Once we ordered the car it only took a few days to finalize everything. We needed the car to be delivered to Milwaukee, WI. We dotted the i's and crossed the T's on Thursday and 1-½ days later it arrived. Noon on Saturday. I didn't even have time to get the garage cleaned. Car was delivered and met our expectations. Accidental bait and switch? After searching for some time, I found a preowned certified 2015 ATS coupe on CarGurus I really liked. Living 700 miles from Cleveland I did my resea After searching for some time, I found a preowned certified 2015 ATS coupe on CarGurus I really liked. Living 700 miles from Cleveland I did my research on the car and dealer. They seemed reputable, the car had 1 owner clean CarFax fully loaded, everything I was looking for. I finally called after watching for a few weeks and they dropped the price. I spoke with a dealer they ship cars all the time. Gave me some history said it’s loaded everything works and still under warranty. Sent me lots of pics and pointed out any small blemishs. We spoke multiple times working out the details over the next couple weeks I specifically asked on more than one occasion it’s got everything it’s loaded. Looking at the website multiple times a day and showing people I knew exactally what it was and I wanted it. It clearly said on both the Central Cadillac site and CarGurus it was loaded. Everything you’d expect in a 2015 Coupe. (Turbo, Navigation, sunroof, heated and cooled seats, Onstar, Apple-play/Android, heated wheel, 18’s etc). Loaded. I specifically asked just that on more than one occasions. It’s finally delivered. The first thing I notice is no sunroof. Then no cooled seats, no navigation. (Only has thru Onstar, it sucks and you have to pay monthly, No CarPlay). I would have not wasted all that time purchasing and shipping a car out of state. I could of found this here in MN. It’s been pretty muck parked since I got it I’m looking into my options possibly selling it for a big loss. It’s worth less not having everything. Lesson learned. Don’t believe anything until you can see it in person. Ask lots of specific questions and get things in writing. It really sucks its such a georges car but has nothing it should. I do not believe they did it intentionally and I actually liked the salesman. It was just unfortunate. Had I lived in town something may have been done? More

Explanation of the answer below: we always try to get our car serviced at Central Cadillac, but sometimes traffic or road construction force us to get an oil change somewhere else. Otherwise, Central is our first choice. More
