I made one appointment to have my front brakes checked for being bad. Shango evaluated then removed and replaced my front brake pades in under an hour. Central Cadillacs Service Rep. I purchased a $100k Escalade and was promised I’d receive top notch service if I leased instead of purchased my vehicle. What a joke. I had an issue scheduling and then receiving information for a simple oil top notch service if I leased instead of purchased my vehicle. What a joke. I had an issue scheduling and then receiving information for a simple oil change. After not showing 3 times to pick up my vehicle (valet service wasn’t even offered, I had to ask) they took my car in on a Friday morning and never got back to me. All calls on Saturday went to voicemail and my sales rep never (to this day) answered my email. On Monday I had to demand to speak to a human only to be told my car STILL wasn’t in service. I did not receive any of the service quality I was promised (including an Escalade loaner) and this whole experience was a joke. Save your time and money. If this is how they treat a $100k car customer, imagine how they treat everyone else. I can’t wait for my lease to be over and be done with these people. More
