BUYER BEWARE I only give them a one star, because I have NO CHOICE. THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAM ARTISTS. My car was listed on the net for 17999, They sold it to me for 1 I only give them a one star, because I have NO CHOICE. THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAM ARTISTS. My car was listed on the net for 17999, They sold it to me for 1000 more. They tried for 2000, but when I got up to walk away, they brought it down 1000. That's just the beginning. Sit down and enjoy this review. I bought and delivered that day, they pushed it on me. So, I left the lot with a car that had the previous owners inspection on it. ( illegal) oh wait for it, I bought this car 3 months ago. I'm just writing because I'm sorta cooled off, but not really. I'm calling Bbb on these ppl, I'm calling attorney general on these ppl, and I will be speaking with Chrysler. I have made 2 payments on my used car, I am driving around on a expired temp registration because these people, sold me a car for more then they had it listed for in the first place, had a lean against it. DMV WILL NOT give me a registration for a car that I have a 20000 loan on, because it has a lean from a previous owner. This mean, that bank can repo my car that I AM paying on because this company sold me a car with a lean on it. Its ILLEGAL IN NYS. THEY CAN NOT HAVE A CAR OUT ON THE LOT , FORSALE, IF IT DOSNT HAVE A CLEAN TITLE. This car dealership is HORRABLE AND I WOULD GIVE IT A - 20 IF POSSABLE. Needless to say they havn't heard the last of me. So basically buyer BEWARE!!!! More

New car documents missing....AND still waiting! Richard was so eager to take me as a client. Jumping up saying "I'm available" when they were going to find a salesperson to help me. He was helpful in trying to get me the price I was looking for but then after that I didn't hear back from him. I had to text him to see if my car was ready to be picked up and all I got was a short text back, Not A Call Back, saying "Ok waiting for you". When I got there he was outside having a cigarette and didn't even stop to take care of me. All he said was "I'll be there in a few" My daughter even knew it was a problem. It was a mess when he wanted my info (insurance and registration). He didn't even prepare me by telling me what I needed to bring or what info was needed. I felt like I was just a sale in his quota for the month. While getting my paperwork ready, which took over two hrs, he didn't even ask us if we wanted water or anything. He just hid from us because he knew I was upset. Poor customer contact and service! If you know your client is upset you try to correct the situation, not make it worse by hiding. Finally got the car when they closed and just me and him were at the place. Nothing was shown to me or instructed as he was suppose to. It was late and all i wanted was to go home.Instead of hiding from me he should have done his job and shown me the car and instruct me on the features. The tire pressure was at 41 psi, cold, when it should be 33 psi. A cell phone was paired to the car already. He doesn't return calls. At one point he told me he was busy because it was the end of the month.... REALLY! A client love to hear that.... My suggestion is to go with Ernie. I saw the way he was with his client and I should have waiting for him! Richard, you know who this is so please get me my information! That's the only way to close the book on my sale. More

Excellent I came into Central Ave Jeep to look at the Compass. Alejandro showed my son and I a 2017 compass that I fell in love with. Alejandro told me he would try his best to get the Jeep I wanted. Within two days he got the color I wanted with everything I wanted in it. Outstanding staff I have leased two car for the past 3 years. One of them was totally damage by the act of nature ( a tree fell on top ) , I made an appointment with M I have leased two car for the past 3 years. One of them was totally damage by the act of nature ( a tree fell on top ) , I made an appointment with Mr. Ernie Feri, who is our trusted salesperson , he made room from his busy schedule to accommodate us. Mr. Feri, goes above and beyond to help you look for a vehicle that accommodates your needs, and in our case one within our budget. I want to emphasize this last point ( budget) because beside we all have dreams to ride a fancy or powerful car we must adjust to our realities. Mr. Feri deserves a more than 10 stars. Okay buying experience terrible service department. From a buying stand point the experience was good buying my used 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee but was quickly changed. When the night of driving the jeep home found a crack in the side mirror promptly reported the issue and got assurances that it would be fixed but the crew at the service department changed that. From the service advisor that setup an appointment but when i got their no one has a clue why I was their, to the service and parts director Dan Oliveri who said and I quote "Nothing ****** going on that car" he is correct their I have a Jeep, so in conclusion their sales staff may be great but the experience is ruined by the service department. FOLLOW UP So After speakign to the owner (Jonathan Grant) of the dealership who was much more reasonable and appoligised for my experience and slso wanted to fix the problem but the damage was already done by the service department. I will be using Whiteplains Jeep dealership who after hearing this story is changing the mirror for me at dealer cost. More
