I can’t believe I’m going through this madness & frustration with this dealership after giving them our hard earn money thinking we bought a good car not one that almost KILLED ME & MY SON . I wish I would’ve listen to all the bad reviews because now I see everyone was right please do not take your hard earn money here once they have your money in they hand they do not care about you or your well being inside they car that they sold you or the Warranty on the car & it’s a lot of hidden fees . When me & my bf first bought our car we didn’t check the car as much as we should’ve we was super excited & trusted them ,THE WORSE THING WE COULD’VE DID!! It had a crack in the windshield which we had no acknowledge about from them until we got home first thing we did was come right back the next day they try saying it was impossible to have a crack or it would’ve never passed Exception and all they cars are serviced before anyone buy LIES! & that we did this probably by driving on the highway hitting a rock but little did they know our sales man who sold us this LEMON CAR ‘NIKO” btw please don’t go to him for a car!!! He actually took a picture of my bf in front of they dealership with the car & you can zoom in and see the crack so of course they had to pay for it !!!! Fast forward the engine light was on when we bought it which when I bought the car they knew about it they stated if the engine light keep coming on call us in a week we will get you a rental & fix it which of course was a LIE . I kept reaching out called a couple of times went to there dealership multiple occasions every time they kept neglecting our car speaking on covid & they are packed when truly they just wanted our Warranty to run out so the service wouldn’t be free the times we went was early morning & nobody was ever doing anything but I still have to wait a month or two just to get appointment after they knew my engine needed to be checked did they care of course not because it’s not them , 2 Days before my engine blew up while me & my son was in the car once again I had came to the dealership so they can check my car what they did pushed us away & said we will schedule your appointment in a week & a half as you see I didn’t even have a week left when I only had this car for 6 months !!! I can’t believe I almost died in this car they sold me & here I am without a car now that was 40K dollars there no reason why I should’ve never been walking back out this establishment WITHOUT A CAR!!!!!!! When they received that loan money from Chase , Knowing they did poor maintenance on this . Treat people how you wanna be treated , me today & you tomorrow this has bought nothing but emotional distress feeling hopeless and being overwhelming and lost of income from not having A vehicle this is just to much , I’m even emotional injury due to witnessing my car on fire while me & my son try to get out before it blow up was so emotional traumatizing !!!! Oh and I can’t forget how they wouldn’t even help getting the car they sold us towed to they establishment so the FCA can investigate the car they wouldn’t even answer so they can make an appointment. They playing with me & my family LIFE & not taking responsibility!!!! I’m taking the biggest lost right & no one can even apologize or even try to make the situation better or even be apologetic about the whole incident they caused !!!!!They have been nothing but DISRESPECTFUL ,VERY IMPOLITE , INCONSIDERATE , DISCOURTEOUS & NONCHALANT TO MY HORRIBLE LIFE THREATENING SITUATION LIKE THE NEW CAR SELLER JOE CARINO SAID TO MY FACE WITH NO CARE IN THE WORLD HE NONCHALANT TO OUR SITUATION HIM SAYING THAT SO DISTASTEFUL & DISGUSTING HE NEED TO BE FIRED!!! & NOT WORKING WITH CUSTOMERS & RALPH THE PART TIME MANAGER CALLED HIMSELF TRYING TO LISTEN TO OUR STORY THEN WHEN IT WAS TIME FOR A SOLUTION HE COULD’NT HELP OR CARED HE ACTUALLY STARTED BEING VERY RUDE!!! Don't walk but rather run from this dealer. I purchased a "certified pre owned" Jeep from here and less than a year into owning it I got a check engine light and a start/stop malfunction light. I purchased a "certified pre owned" Jeep from here and less than a year into owning it I got a check engine light and a start/stop malfunction light. I scheduled for service and got my car back after having it checked out by the dealer. Lights came back on and took the car back. I paid $100 deductible for something to be changed that should have taken care of my issue...it didn't! Took my car back for a 3rd time when they decided to "recharge" the battery that operated the start/stop function. This time I opted to wait because they "don't provide loaners due to COVID". Let me mention that I bought the car during COVID but COVID must not be a issue when selling cars lmao. Took the car home and continued to have the same issue. I took my car back on a Thursday and got a call back the following Wednesday to come get the car while they order a new engine. Mind you...I was without a car for almost a week at this point. So while driving my car the car broke down on me (luckily not on the highway) and I had to have it towed back to the dealer. Again I am told no loaner through them due to COVID. My Mopar warranty would only cover a 5 day loaner. Once the 5 days were up I contacted corporate and corporate contacted the dealer and guess what? They were going to give me a loaner! So I pick up said loaner and besides it being dirty in the inside I also found paperwork for 2 previous customers who had the same loaner in August and December. I thought they don't do loaners due to COVID? so after about 2ish weeks I get a call back that my car is finally ready and as I am about to drive off I notice damage to my driver side doors that I knew was not there previously(the more visible damage was touched up with paint). I mentioned said damage to Ralph (who was the person I had been dealing with all along) he comes out to tell the the cover up paint looks old. I had valet search for picture of my car where it was visible that the damage was not there previously. He told me to call and ask to speak to Jack. The following morning Ralph calls me and tells me that if I gave them a good survey Jack would probably have my doors taken care of. I asked if it was a guarantee and he said no but that if I gave a bad survey he definitely would not fix it. Again he tells me the paint on the door looks old ( my car is white) so I responded that the paint they are using is sh*tty then. He then got offended and told me he didn't give a xxxx what I put on the survey. I later contacted Jack and provided him with pictures. Jack agreed to send my car to their body shop to have it fixed and that they would provide me with a loaner while the car was being taken care of(and I didn't even have to beg for a loaner this time ). I also let Jack know that there was a rattling noise from underneath ever since I got the car back. Finally got a call back as soon as my car was returned and they confirmed something was left loose on the bottom and that's why I heard the noise. I visually inspected the car and could finally say I left happy after the 6th time in like a 6 week time span. If you have to go there try to avoid being helped by Ralph unless you like getting played for a idiot or was it because I'm a woman? Thankfully I did not have to run into him the other 3 times I went back. This dealer will turn driving your "dream car" into your car worst nightmare. I do however want to thank Jack for taking responsibility. Ps- my husband drives a 2021 Dodge Ram and recently had it serviced at White Plains Jeep Dodge Chrysler and when I picked it up I asked if they do loaners and guess what? They do ! More

My 2015 Cherokee had a problem starting. The team (especially Marco) was very helpful. They held on to the car an extra night with my permission to make sure that when it was lying dormant it started (especially Marco) was very helpful. I love their cars, and their service department/Marco always is attentive and capable and does excellent work. More

Guaranteed status approval and it was constantly delayed day by day, Every time we spoke there was an excuse, from the sales manager was to busy to get my figure's what kind of sales team is this I have been waiting a week so I took my business to Eastchester did not need a co-signer my credit was higher then what I was told by Mr. Johansson . same day service now i am driving in my 2021 Cherokee . Now Mr. Johansson has been blowing up my phone to work out a deal sorry buddy you suck as a sales men. Stay away from this dude!!!!!!! More

There service department at this dealership does not understand what true customer service is. When called they do not answer the phone; all calls get sent to voicemail and are never returned. On the occasion when I was able to get through, they stated we will get back to you, but will not call you back. Not even the service manager has the courtesy to return calls. They refused to fix a warrantied item on my Jeep, I had to deal directly with the manufactured in order to have my Jeep fixed. They are not trustworthy so do not bother dealing with this dealership.
