I have been a long time customer of central Ave dodge. I have purchased multiple vehicles from them and have referred many friends to that dealership, which have resulted in numerous vehicle sales. dodge. My wide body scartpack charger was stolen in September. Upon recovery of the vehicle I had it towed to central Ave dodge for repairs. My vehicle remained there for 3 months. My insurance paid over 22 thousand dollars for repairs. I kept calling to check on the status of my vehicle and was given the run around by Rosemary Aviles. She constantly lied and refused to provide me with a loner car. Rosemary is very unprofessional and rude. It seems like she was not interested in my concerns and never had time to hear me out. I diligently paid my car note every month while my car sat and no work was done. I finally reached out to corporate and they expedited the parts delivery and the work was allegedly then completed. Upon picking up my car today I was in total shock and dismay as to the condition of my car. There is new scratches and dents that were not there when it was towed there. My car is dirty and the work was not even completed. They took the 22 thousand from my insurance but did not fix the issues. I expected so much more from this dealership that I have trusted for years. This is unacceptable and now I have to bring my car elsewhere to be fixed. I was told by rosemary the fluids would be changed, the seats would be fixed the tires would be changed etc but none of this was done the pictures before and after the work are the same. This is honestly robbery and a legit horrible place to have a car serviced and I will never return here. I now tell people to avoid this place at all costs whereas I used to refer everyone here. More
STAY away from this dealership I brought my Ram truck in for service about 10 days ago. I needed 5 major and 2 minor things done to the truck. The truck was still under warranty. Before I brought it in I asked if they had a loaner as I knew it would be in the shop for an extended period. I was told they would have to put me on a wait list which can take weeks. Because my truck needed immediate attention I decided to just have my wife drop me off and deal with getting rides or using my motorcycle. The service department is no where near the dealership which is how many dealership do it these days but this service center was in an industrial park that was deteriorated and disgusting. There was no where to park my truck and you barely knew it was a service center. My truck was in for about 2 1/2 weeks, when I went to pick it up I was told all was done. NOT EVEN CLOSE! when I drove off I immediately noticed the engine light was still on. Drove it back and was told sorry, the techs must have missed that, can you leave the truck and we'll take care of it. Well my wife had already left so that was not an option. I said I would bring it back another day as I had to get to work. When I got to work I checked the other work they were supposed to do (that the service department said was done) and NONE of it was done. Out of the 7 things they were supposed to do they only did one! Complete incompetent service department. They charged me the $150 deductable when I first brought it in which was supposed to cover ALL the work that needed to be done. So I made another appointment to get the other work (that was supposedly done, but wasn't) and asked the girl in the service department if I was going to be charged another deductable and she said yes, I asked why since this was supposed to be done during the first appointment and she said that since this is a new ticket they would have to charge me again with a major attitude. I looked at her and said this is the worse experience I have ever had at a service department and that I would NEVER go back to them. I left a rating at dealerrating.com as well as Stelantis the parent company of Ram. What a TERRIBLE dealership. I paid over $70K for my truck and to be treated like this really got to me. BTW, the office for the service department is the size of a walk in freezer and is absolutely disgusting. I can't believe Stelantis lets them get away with this. More

The rear headliner for my 2020 Rubicon kept falling. Waited 4hrs in the service waiting area to be told by Jack the service manager a new headliner had to be ordered. Hi I worked with John Rosebella to purchase a used Jeep Cherokee. I was coming from Massachusetts as there were no good Trailhawks around here. This place, is just absolutely wonderful. As a single Mom, places may want to try and swindle you, this Jeep dealership will not.
