Ga - this dealership does not value there customers - in April of 2023 i bought shocks for my Nissan armada - off the website they use PayPal as there financial service the shock came up to 1003$ when I arr April of 2023 i bought shocks for my Nissan armada - off the website they use PayPal as there financial service the shock came up to 1003$ when I arrived at the dealership the shocks was missing pieces so I never took possession of the items and was promised a full refund - fast forward a month without getting the refund I came back to the same dealership and bought a brand new 2022 Nissan armada platinum - not thinking about a 1000$ dollars another months goes by and I realize I haven’t received my refund so I start making calls to the dealership first they say talk to PayPal which is the financial institution the dealership uses when you purchase items -finally I contact my financially institution and they say there hand or tied on this matter - there’s been a lot of back and forth on this matter over the past few months until I got the better business bureau involved and we are trying to work threw the matter every other day pay pal gives me briefings on the current status of the situation and - the money was returned to dealership but for some reason the dealership is saying call back tomorrow the person you need to talk to is not available and this has been going on for days now it’s currently 9/29/2023 and a 1003$ has not been refunded since 4/2023 this is ridiculous- I advise anyone out there don’t buy parts from this dealership use another location this is know way to treat a customer who I myself bought a 70000$ car from them in 5/2023 and my son bought a 20000$ car from them 12/2023 . PayPal is there financial institution I have email stating what went wrong with the refund and when the money was returned to the dealership and why from pay pal and the dealership comptroller will not respond … More
My car was brought in 9/8 for known issue with it. 3rd visit for issue, I was told by Nissan corporate to bring it back in one more time. No updated all day, I reach out at 4pm and was told by Daniel if I could leave it they are waiting for answer from Nissan and will update me by 10 am 9/9. I said sure but I need car or loaner by 9/9 12 pm I have appointments. Well 10 came and send , I reached out 11 and Daniel off today, how surprising. Was told by Robert the manager my car is on test drive w tech, I said I need it by 12 regardless, he says I’ll get back to you. Soooooo, I check Nissan app and my car is parked, locked at dealership when I was told it was on a test drive. Ok, I’m getting ready to call Uber and get car , check app again, hour later and now car is in motion. Ok, maybe test drive?? I hold off on Uber. Check app again, vehicle is now parked and locked in not the best part of town. Hmmmm, 45 minutes go by, still parked and locked. Call Nissan , speak to Robert , ask why my vehicle is parked for 45 minutes in the area that it is. Slow to respond , I tell him I’m coming to get car whether it’s fixed or not. His response , come and get it. My response, it’s at dealership although app says it’s not? His response , it’s here. I check app, still at location it’s been telling me. His response, app is wrong. Ok I’m coming, within 2 minutes after conversation now my car is unlocked and in motion towards dealer again. But the app is wrong, xxxxxxxxx!!!unfortunately I got to dealer after car was already there. Go in , he doesn’t even come out of office. Carlos gets car for me, no paperwork stating anything was done for day and half they had it. 3rd day not at work because car tied up. Get home, park car, check app as soon as I close and lock. Tells me it’s at my house. Robert you’re a liar , I will never go back to this dealer and am posting this experience everywhere I can. If I could give zero stars I would!!!! More
I REALLY wish i read these reviews before bringing my car into this Nissan dealership. They are super shady and untrustworthy. They will look for ways to not honor your car warranty and then overcharge you into this Nissan dealership. They are super shady and untrustworthy. The worst Nissan dealership in the world please don’t ever bring your vechile their. I went in for an oil change and new battery left out with a whole new problem due to the bad performance of the servi ever bring your vechile their. Not only did I have to wait 2 weeks just for an appointment to change battery the job was done poorly where the service guy ripped up the whole battery sleeve it sits in leaving it tacky and all over the battery compartment. I also paid to top of fluids which was not done after I stated more than 5 times to do it I had to pull the car back in and wait again the service guy tried to lie and say the battery sleeve was already like that insulting my intelligence. So shortly after leaving I noticed a humming noise every time I accelerate being that this service guy was being deceptive I brought the vechile back just to ask them to inspect their employees work that’s when the owner got mad and said you’re done get off my property and kicked me out of the dealership refusing to ever do work on my car I did nothing wrong but state my opinion. Now that’s only the half of it couple days later I’m driving I see a metal peice fly off from under my car so I pulled over to pick it up and it look like a metal peice from undercarriage also I noticed a whole bunch fluid leaking out at this point I realize this has something to do with the service I just received I kinda knew it with the workers sloppy performance as I took the vechile driving 5 mph so the vechile won’t shut off as it was attempting to do hoping I make it back to dealer I get there and they totally declined service to me holding a grudge from before didn’t care about safety issues nothin told me to get off property and I had to tow to another dealership the car shut off in front of them and they pushed it in did something to make it start till I got back on the highway car shut off again stuck in the middle of freeway and had to tow cost $125 not to mention the $350 I paid for the service they did please this dealership has lost its integrity I only went there cause I was going there for years but this new owner beware they do work and create other problems and then try to not take responsibility by kicking you out of the dealership stay away long term customer means nothing to them I’ve spent thousands on repairs in the past different cars they treated me like a nobody leave the property leave the property for just stating my opinion or trying to figure out what happened to my car More

Spoke with Michael on the phone to replace a tire on a new car I just bought from Nissan. It was the most unpleasent customer service I have ever encountered. He was rude and extremely demeaning. Dont have a clue on how to fix a electric car ! Sent me home with a car that failed on the way home after telling me there was no problem even though I showed them video evidence that there was. Upon arrival, I got called by a Gentleman called Brandon. I explained him my situation where my main issue is that tire pressure light. My drama and mysterious light came with car as i bought it used. First, it was Mavis tire discount: they made me change 3 valves/censors after testing all of them. light didn't go away. Now their excuse is that, Nissan dealer has the proper computer to reprogram it and it will work. Today I decided to visit Nissan dealer, and then explained the whole thing. Technically, this is my last resort for my issue to be solved. NO. Big mistake. They took my Altima 2009 in, gave me 2 hours, come back, and the light was there after it was done! Called Brandon after they already charged me, and he took the car back in. came out and now they have to tell me the truth: "actually we agreed to reprogram the car for the light to disappear, if it doesn't, that means you bought faulty censors from Mavis. You got to go back to them" . Really? Either they are big time crooks or they assumed i am total moron. If the censors are faulty, they would have known and simply give me a choice. They went on to lie in my face and collect $90.00 for just to plug my car to some computer in 1 min and called it reprogramming. I was too tired to ask to speak to any manager. POOREST DEALER SERVICING I EVER EXPERIENCED. More
Horrible horrible they are ripped off, I went there for knocking noise from the front car comes from chucks which are supposed to be part of transmission which still under warranty so I dropped the car at knocking noise from the front car comes from chucks which are supposed to be part of transmission which still under warranty so I dropped the car at 8.am the tech told me to need three hours of work that will be $570, so I decided to stay there, I noticed the car was out after one hour from the service department and park. i went back to the tech asking him how long will take to get the car he said will need 2 hrs the mechanice working on your car its a big job . its a shame NISSAN to repp peopleoff , and job was not done i took the car to outside mechanice all what they did just tighting loosing nut by AXLe was making nosie which is takes 30 min to do the job .BUT nissan charged me 3 hrs labor for easy task .no integrity More
