I walked into Central Ave Nissan to look for a new Altima. I dealt with Tom Antidormi. This guy is the nicest salesman I have ever met. I have had some bad experiences with car dealerships. When I approached the sales manager and stated I lost my job and that I cant afford the car that I was going to lay low until I get everything under control the Manager had threatened me he was going to call his attorney and that I WAS NOT GOING TO GET MY MONEY BACK BECAUSE I SIGNED A CONTRACT!!! I did not sign a contract I signed a Sales form which in fine print has I am allowed to get my deposit back. More

I was in the market for a Nissan vehicle and was recommended to Central Ave Nissan mainly because I was told they were courteous, professional, and would get a good deal. From the minute I walked in I was greeted by several salesman and was directed to the front desk, the receptionist was very pleasant and introduced me to Ludwig who would be my salesman. I was undecided between a Maxima, Sentra, or Altima; Ludwig was very knowledgeable of the vehicles and explained to me in detail what each car had to offer. He was even nice enough to take me on three separate test drives, I felt no pressure what so ever and felt as if I was speaking to a friend instead of a pushy salesman like some other dealerships. After numbers were discussed and finalized I had a very pleasant experience with Scott the finance manager, I picked up my car the same day, and I am loving my new Altima. I would recommended this dealership to my friends and family. More
