Deelerships on Long Island only cared about making a sale. One sold a car out from under us. Nicole made us feel respected from the first phone call. She was patient, knowlegeable and compassionate. She was respectful and had a sense of humor. I never felt rushed.Everyone at the dealership was friendly, asking if they could do anything for us while we waited. Charie, the financial manager, was easy to work with. Even the young man who drove us to return our rental car was polite and respectful. The dealership should be praised for their above and beyond policy. I love my new cars and will return to Central Avenue Nissan for future purchases! More

I walked into Central Ave Nissan to look for a new Altima. I dealt with Tom Antidormi. This guy is the nicest salesman I have ever met. I have had some bad experiences with car dealerships. When I approached the sales manager and stated I lost my job and that I cant afford the car that I was going to lay low until I get everything under control the Manager had threatened me he was going to call his attorney and that I WAS NOT GOING TO GET MY MONEY BACK BECAUSE I SIGNED A CONTRACT!!! I did not sign a contract I signed a Sales form which in fine print has I am allowed to get my deposit back. More
