The sales department are amazing but the service department is terrible and the cars are built bad! My 2024 Altima lease has been breaking down since I got my lease, and the owner refuses to help. The service department either claims I’m making things up or that they can’t find an issue. I would recommend not coming to this dealership! Or else you might end up like me with an Altima lease with 4,000 miles on it that keeps malfunctioning and no one to help you. Also Nissan consumer affairs are no help, they go based on what the dealership says. More
