Sunny (salesmen) was very helpful although he was frustrating me at first but at the end he did help me to make the best choice for me. He walked me through the cars that I was interested in and was very real in terms of breaking down what the final cost of the car would be which was very important to me. William the financial adviser was very patient and understanding and was very accommodating to all my questions. I would say, come prepared with your questions know what you want before you come in and ask for sunny and William. More

Poor maintenance service We brought our 2 yr old car coz it broke down, weird sound at the back of the car) i have to rent a car for overnight they said, but it took them 5 d We brought our 2 yr old car coz it broke down, weird sound at the back of the car) i have to rent a car for overnight they said, but it took them 5 days to fix coz the part (rear end is dented) is not there yet, i call everyday, the same reason. They said there’s a temperature sensor recall also, the brake is already poor that needs to be changed...so finally after five days i picked up the car, paid the rental for 5 days, and to my dismay, they did not fix the sensor temperature and i need to bring back the car...it’s a nightmare More

Great Employees, but Check Your Contract Before Signing! The employees/salespeople are great! You have to check your paperwork carefully before signing. An additional $900 was somehow tacked on to my sales p The employees/salespeople are great! You have to check your paperwork carefully before signing. An additional $900 was somehow tacked on to my sales price on the final contract. It was not the sales tax. When I questioned it , no one could tell me how the extra money got on there. Eventually they figured it was a “package” tacked on by the finance company, but it wasn’t anything I agreed to... so just check all your numbers and make sure to question anything that doesn’t make sense.
