2018 Hyundai Ioniq My experience at Centereach Hyundai was a positive one. It was a two day process. The first day, I dealt with the sales associate, John Pickett Jr.. My experience at Centereach Hyundai was a positive one. It was a two day process. The first day, I dealt with the sales associate, John Pickett Jr.. He was helpful and determined to get me the best deal possible. After about an hour of talking, and running numbers, I was confident that I was getting the best deal for the car that I wanted. The second day, when I went to finalize the lease and pick up the vehicle, it was a slightly different experience. John was still very helpful but the transaction took a lot longer than he or I anticipated. I went in with the expectation that I would be in and out in under an hour, but the process took over two hours. This was not John's fault, but a lack of communication between departments and the need for a better protocol for Standard Operating Procedures. I would go back to Centereach Hyundai for my next vehicle because I believe they will get better over time and work out the kinks the longer they are open. As a lifetime Hyundai owner, I do feel this was one of the better deals I have gotten. More
