Lenny was extremely knowledgeable about the model of car I was buying (Tucson). He took his time to explain the features and showed me on the car. Lenny followed up to make sure the dicumentation would go quickly. He arranged for the car to be delivered to my house an hour away so I didn’t have to find another driver. Only mishap was a convoluted tax charge for $452 that I was not told about or expecting on the day I settled up. I did not like how that was handled by the finance guy as his only response was a meaningless condicending explanation and ‘Do you want the car or not”. Left an extremely bad taste in my mouth to an otherwise happy experience. More
