First and most of all I wish you and your family the best. I woke up this morning and read your review, I felt lifeless i sat next to my bed in tears. The last thing I ever wanted to do is make you feel the way that you do. Hopefully one day down the road you can replay the days events that took place on your second visit that was on a busy Saturday. You came in and Ray had a customer at his desk that just bought a car, as much as he wanted to begin to help you he had a customer that he had finish up with, So I figured while you were waiting for him I would begin to Personally show you cars, now mind you its a busy Saturday and I am the only used car manager here I am responsible for 15 salesman and responsible to do all appraisals, I put all that aside to try to asist you knowing the health issues that you guys are going through, then when you picked out 2 cars you were interested in, I had Ray excuse himself from the customer he was sitting with to test drive your husband. I am very happy that you found a car that you feel comfortable with. Like I told you when you were here the main thing here is for your husband to get well, and to do that you need a strong positive attitude knowing that you will get well, I hope you hold the Padre Pio prayer card and charm. You have a gorgous child and she needs you guys God bless you. If you have any questions that I can stear you in the right direction in anyway feel free to visit or call. I go to hospitals to help people who are down because of there illness and I try to give them hope, The last thing I wanted to dois make you feel worse. I got a second chance at life after I was givin only 2 days to live 7 years ago, and I try to help people. I am here for you if you every need me. Love John

I just wanted to thank you for responding personally to my review. First, I want to say that my review in no way was meant to imply that you lacked compassion for my husbands illness. We certainly don't think that. Nor do we think we are entitled to special deals because of his illness. I just wanted to be clear that we do appreciate your kindness regarding that and of course we believe that you meant your kind words. My negative review really had nothing to do with that. That all said, I just want to add that it was a busy Saturday at all the dealerships we went to that day and we got better one on one service at every other place. We would not have minded waiting for more personalized service. We also did not know that you pulled Ray away from other customers or anything like that. If this had been communicated to us perhaps we would have understood better. Since it wasn't, it felt like we were being blown off. Really, I just wanted to say we do appreciate the thoughts and prayers for my husband. We do not take that for granted and has nothing to do with the rest of our review. Thank you.
