Ken Wood was our sales person. He was pleasant, efficient and willing to do whatever he could to accomodate our needs. He took us for 3 test drives of the Elantra and then the Sonata twice. Even though the car had not yet had its pre sales inspection ( it literally just came on the lot) they got it done (this was a Sunday afternoon) so we could take delivery that day. After the sales was complete and the car was delivered around closing time, Ken sat in the car with my daughter and spent the time explaining all the gadgets in the car and did not seem to be rushing at all so he could get out of there and go home. If I were going to buy another Hyundai I would go back to Mid Island Hyundai and request Ken Wood. He was by far the most pleasant sales person from all the various dealerships I went to while shopping for a car. More

We visited the dealer 20 minutes before closing just to look. They were so helpful and gave us just what we needed that we bought the car on the spot. Dropped off my car for an oil change at 8:00 am and I was told I would be contacted with the time it would be ready. They never called! Called back at 11:30 am and i was told that someone will call me back i told I would be contacted with the time it would be ready. They never called! Called back at 11:30 am and i was told that someone will call me back in 10 minutes. They never called! Called again at 1:30 pm and they hang up on me!droveto the dealer and as of 2:30 pm the car was not touched!!! When I "dared" to ask why it takes long, I was told that it was my fault since I did not specify what time I needed it by!!!! Service person Fank was very rude and nasty!!! I would not recommend this dealer/service to anyone, not even to my own enemies!!! Stay away!!!! More

I knew what vehicle I wanted and was searching the local Hyundai dealers for my dream car. No one had it. My husband wrote an e-mail to Huyndai Corporate and within a few days one showed up at Mid-Island Hyundai dealers for my dream car. No one had it. My husband wrote an e-mail to Huyndai Corporate and within a few days one showed up at Mid-Island Hyundai in their inventory. A 2013 Santa Fe Sport, Serrano Red, with leather and the Tech. package, in other words loaded. I've only had the car one day, but I am very happy with it. It's ride is smooth, it's quiet and as soon I figure out how to use all the buttons, I'm sure it will be fun to play with too. I 'm one happy Hyundai owner. More

Mike was great!! The only thing that I found a little strange was that while I was waiting, he got involved with another customer leaving me in the hands I another salesman to hand the car over to me. I walked into Mid-Island Hyundai about a half hour after they were closed (not knowing the hours) and Anthony Hili greeted my wife and I in the showroom as if the dealership had just opened for the day. We set up an appointment/test drive for the following afternoon, and within twenty four hours, I had a 2013 Veloster. Anthony made the car purchasing experience easy, and he, as well as the dealership went out of their way to assure my satisfaction. He even stayed long after his shift was finished in order to assure I was familiar with the vehicle. Hyundai was not my first choice for this purchase, but I'm certainly glad it was on my list. I would feel comfortable purchasing another car at Mid-Island, and confident in Mr. Hili handling that purchase. More
