This is my second time buying a Hyundai at this dealership. Phil was very courteous, patient, and willing to do what was necessary to get me what I wanted. We were immediately diasrmed with Wills approach, he was laid back, honest and realistic in his approach and we just knew we were dealing with a real person not a car salesman. After five hours of negotiating and paperwork, he sold us a car and maintained a smile. We were exhausted and not smiling but even with the overtime he remained nice. The sales manager and the finance manager all hung tight as well and were super nice. Customer service DEE who we delayed going home on time on Sundy came out to see us with friendly chit chat. We bought a fully loaded Santa Fe Sport off the lot the same day. We were stunned but the deal was that good. I did not leave feeling hustled or pushed. I felt excited by my purchase and I felt Igot the best possible price and really good service. I would highly reccommend this service and Will Aarons. More

Went with my wife to Mid island Hyundai to look for a used 2011+ Sonata. Diego Otanez was our sales rep. Rite away I could tell he was an honest person that was there to help us find a car we liked and w used 2011+ Sonata. Diego Otanez was our sales rep. He did not come off as a "slick Willie" that try's to make you by something you really don't want or can afford. I went to the dealership because I received a letter regarding an early lease temination on the vehicle i was driving. When i walked into the dealership I was quickly greeted by a friendly smiling face regarding an early lease temination on the vehicle i was driving. When i walked into the dealership I was quickly greeted by a friendly smiling face which was Diego. He was extremely helpful, since I was unfamiliar with the Hyundai family and was extremely patient with me and showed me the vehicle and since I had previously been in the auto industry explained to me which car would best fit my needs and my budget. I was truly not expecting to walk out of the dealership with a car that day but because Diego made everything so easy and so pleasant he made that possible. He gave me a great experience into the Hyundai family and I love my new Sonata!!! I couldn't have asked for a better salesman to take care of me and want to thank him for everything he did for me that day. It was truly an excellent experience. More

Went in and dealt with Diego for purchasing a 2013 Elantra and I was so pleased with his honesty. I've been to many other dealerships that honestly dont care about how the purchase may effect your p Elantra and I was so pleased with his honesty. I've been to many other dealerships that honestly dont care about how the purchase may effect your pocket just as long as they make the sale but Diego never once did that. He actually cares about the little things we are concerned about and I found that he did everything within his power to accommodate my concerns. I did purchase the Elantra from Diego with absolutely no hesitation :) I will definitely go back to this dealer. I have to say after reading some of these comments about them being sneaky or scammers I've been elsewhere in the past and compared to other dealerships these guys say it like it is and in my opinion that's just honesty.
