Diego is the BEST My husband and I went to just look at a Sante Fe. When we arrived we were met by Diego Otanez. It turned out to be the perfect SUV for me and my husband. When we came to pick up our new 2014 Tuscon, it was Diego's day off, but he came in and explained everything on the inside of the car (blue tooth, radio, AWD and answered any other questions we had. 2 years ago I bought a certified used car from Mid Island Hyundai. A good experience. So they were my first choice recently when I wanted to trade it in for a new Santa Fe Sport. He was knowledgeable with the product line, and was able to get me a good deal on my new car. Then off to Finance guy Chris Panzarella, who it happens was the same person who arranged the financing on my previous certified used car. Chris was able to secure a good rate on my loan . Both of them provided top notch customer service. I went in at around 5pm,and 2 hours later drove out in my new car. That's why I am rating Diego Otanez, Chris Panzarella, and Mid Island Hyundai with a "great" rating! More
