But even juggling many tasks, Brianna did a great job of making us feel like we were just as important as the customer she was currently dealing with. More
DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY My car has been in their service department for six months and I still don't have it back. First I was told it would not be fixed by Jerry Alexatos the used sales "manager", then that it would be fixed but I had to pay for it despite these being issues the car was sold to me with, then that I didn't know what I was talking about in terms of what was wrong with it, then that while it was in service they would not and did not offer rentals only to find out months later that they actually do provide them but apparently just not to me for some reason?So, I paid for my own rental for two months only to then finally be given a rental after threatening to sue and told I would be reimbursed for the costs and so the receipts were submitted by Carol in the service department to Laura Diaz (the head of the finance department) and now I have not heard back in two months about said reimbursement and she will not take my calls. I have called over ten times and left messages. When is enough, enough? The inter-department communication is abysmal at best. The client care and follow up is non-existent. This has been a truly horrible experience. I just want my car and my money back. I have no issue with the service department, they are the only ones who display any sort of car for the client. I do have and issue with the "heads" of the other departments and their clear disregard for clients who are not actively contributing to their monthly sales goals as that's clearly all they care about. Hard to say no when the difference per month is more than $50. Highly recommend Eric for your next purchase! More

This was not explained upfront and only became apparent when I carefully reviewed the paperwork. When I attempted to resolve these concerns, I found the management team extremely difficult to reach. My calls were not returned, and I was redirected to customer service representatives who lacked the authority to address my issues. Key concerns: Final pricing did not match initial quotes Lack of transparency in the finance and sales process Poor management accessibility and accountability Inadequate follow-up on customer complaints I strongly advise anyone considering this dealership to thoroughly review all documentation before signing, get everything in writing, and be prepared for potential discrepancies between advertised and final pricing. There are more reputable dealerships in the area that offer better transparency and customer service. More
