Fantastic service - fast and extremely efficient. Richard was friendly and ON IT!!!. I generally deal with VW in Ventura, CA and it's a HUGE difference let me tell you!! I was disappointed however they didn't have any new models of jettas on their lot that was the only downfall BUT in the climate we currently in (late 2022) I am not surprised. More
