Dropped our Jetta off for an oil change at 8:20 am by 11:15 we never received call. We then called to check on the status to find out they hadnt even attended to our vehicle yet. They just explained there was another vehicle with a lot of recalls that they are focused on. I dont mind that, however, when you're not given any follows up and its been almost 3 hours was poor service. We ultimately ended up canceling the oil change and picked up our vehicle because we needed it back by a certain hour. We ultimately have decided to give the service dept another shot. It seems they've had staff turnovers and the communication has declined. We are considering switching dealerships for future service if our next go-around isnt improved. More

My car had 2 recalls and an oil change. I was going to drop the car off and then pick it up when it was done, My service advisor John Garcia, went back to the garage and asked if they cou I was going to drop the car off and then pick it up when it was done, My service advisor John Garcia, went back to the garage and asked if they could expedite my car, so I wouldn’t have to go all the way home and then back to pick it up. He gave me time when my car would be ready, and it was. He also had my car washed for me. John was a pleasure to work with, he was very nice and professional. The best experience I’ve had at a dealership, and this is my 5th Volkswagen vehicle! Thank you John. More
