Honest and Trustworthy I have nothing but accolades to provide for Findlay North VW. Ty Shigemoto, Internet Director, is the best. He will work with you to find the car you want and won't give you any BS. I have bought two cars from him and am totally pleased. The service department, led by Larry Tinnin, Service Director, is outstanding. Larry goes the extra mile for his customers, there is nothing that he won't do to ensure the customer is treated right and treated fairly. If you want to buy a VW or need to have service on your current VW done, you should go to Findlay North VW. They have the nicest people there, always willing to help and they treat you the right way. wrong part sold and it's my fault? Kindly went in to get windshield wipers for my mother in laws Touareg, which need special blades BTW. Great customer service I had submitted a credit application online before I decided to visit the dealership. They responded really quick. I know how dealerships work, their I had submitted a credit application online before I decided to visit the dealership. They responded really quick. I know how dealerships work, their email responses aren't always specific to what you ask for but instead try to lure you in. I had made it clear with them that I was not going to come in unless all the answers I was looking for was answered. They did what I had asked and sure enough, I went in that same day. Jason Doss had helped me throughout the entire sales process. He made it so simple for me, I felt like I didn't have to say anything at all to fight for what I wanted! I walked out of the dealership with a new "used" car. Even after a few days had past, he made sure everything was up to par. If you're looking for a new Volkswagen or a used vehicle, go to Findlay North VW and ask for JASON DOSS! More

If you go here do not deal with Anna Rodgers or Mike Phillips they are complete scam artists that will say anything to get you to buy a car. Then when you call them out on it no one returns your calls or emails so much for customer service. I bought 2 cars here cause I trusted these people when I bought my GTi then when I picked up an r32 they lied about everything on the car. Dont buy your car here take your business some where else. More
