Best experience buying a car I have had. I started my search through a Car and Driver ad, they sent the my information and the car I was looking for to several dealerships. Findlay North Vol I started my search through a Car and Driver ad, they sent the my information and the car I was looking for to several dealerships. Findlay North Volkswagen got back to me before anyone else could. The salesman seemed aggressive at first over the phone, but after meeting him I found out that he was a genuine enthusiast for the model of car I wanted. The dealership was very upfront with the pricing, but were willing to bend here and there so that I feel that I got a great car, and a great deal. I live an hour away from the dealership but the salesman "Gordon" was willing to drive all the way out to my house to pick me up. I drove away happier than I have ever driven from a dealership, I got everything I asked for and needed. Findlay dealerships have treated me great in the past but this time they really out did themselves. I highly recommend this dealership. More

I didn't even go look at the car they knew exactly what I wanted and had it in the lot. Someone already made a comment to me that they would love to get their daughter a beetle like mine and I gave her stacys number. My credit isn't the best because I spent a lot of my money and used up a lot of my credit resources to help and these did not make me credit unworthy at all and sometimes that can be so embarrassing or they want tons of money down on a lease but Findlay, they were good to me. I just love my beetle! I'm going through tough mental times right now and I can't thank thank Findlay and Stacy trianna enough for making me smile again! More

Horrible Experience(s) Leased a new 2013 Jetta Hybrid 3 years ago (that horrible experiance is a story for a different day). In Jan of 2016 after being constantly contacted Leased a new 2013 Jetta Hybrid 3 years ago (that horrible experiance is a story for a different day). In Jan of 2016 after being constantly contacted to come in speak to a salesman, decided to go in. I had no interest in getting something different or new as i happen to like my car. Krystina was the sales person and she was extremely pushy. Once she realized I was there to only convert my lease to a purchase, her fake smile quickly disappeared. After going back and forth with finance on my options on keeping the vehicle were done, the finance manager (Karl?) and i had signed the contracts/documents, went over terms of the financing, paid a deposit..I left and thought it would be a done deal. During the process I was informed to keep making my payments the same way i have been , and i did. Until recently i noticed the "Status" had it still listed as a lease. After a few calls to the dealership nothing has been resolved. Everyone is so concerned on looking into it and taking care of it, but cant seem to ever follow up. And each time i call, its like they are hearing it all for the first time! Meanwhile i'm receiving numerous emails/phone calls from salesman attempting to get me in to discuss end of lease options! Contacted VW directly and they see nothing in their system either, which they found to be very odd given the fact i faxed them a copy of the contracts. Unfortunately they stated i would need to go to the dealership to resolve this matter. Salesman here are very quick to get you in the door to buy something but once you don't do anything to further improve their bottom line, their customer service goes out the window. One thing positive I can say about this location is that Alex in the service area is outstanding! He has always been more then helpful and professional. He truly shows that he cares about issues that come to him. More
