Poor customer service. Never updated me unless I chased them down. Made an appointment for no reason. They kept my car for 5 days. Shadiest service department I’ve ever used! We have a 2024 Toas with 2,200 miles on it and can’t even drive it and no loaner car has been offered. Wouldn’t rec this dealership to anyone! Update: It's like going to the DMV. There are NO timely updates. You have to chase down the agent for what's happening with your car. No one picks up the phone. In the past I've had good experiences here, but since the ownership change it seems to be doing worse. It's nearly impossible to get someone on the phone, at least for servicing. I called a few weeks ago to see how much it would cost to get a front light bulb replaced, and they said I have to bring it in so they can evaluate it. When I called a Valvoline car center, they said right away it would be $20 to $30. Either the servicing department here was trying to see if they could get a much larger dollar amount, too lazy to look up my car and give me an accurate price, or too incompetent. I'm thinking about going to a different dealership from now on. More

Wife absolutely loves our 2013 so much so she won't drive the 2024 on any regular basis. Life is Good! More
