Check engine light came on, called Findlay North Volkswagen and they had my vehicle in by 2pm. I was called approximately 1 1/2 hours later and told the work had been completed (video of tech explai Volkswagen and they had my vehicle in by 2pm. I was called approximately 1 1/2 hours later and told the work had been completed (video of tech explaining the work was also sent to my phone). I called them with an issue and they made the time for me to bring the vehicle in. Excellent customer service! More

Have ALWAYS had wonderful and professional service with this dealership. Bought our 2015 Touareg from them and now have 113K miles on it.
