Horrible Experience(s) Leased a new 2013 Jetta Hybrid 3 years ago (that horrible experiance is a story for a different day). In Jan of 2016 after being constantly contacted Leased a new 2013 Jetta Hybrid 3 years ago (that horrible experiance is a story for a different day). In Jan of 2016 after being constantly contacted to come in speak to a salesman, decided to go in. I had no interest in getting something different or new as i happen to like my car. Krystina was the sales person and she was extremely pushy. Once she realized I was there to only convert my lease to a purchase, her fake smile quickly disappeared. After going back and forth with finance on my options on keeping the vehicle were done, the finance manager (Karl?) and i had signed the contracts/documents, went over terms of the financing, paid a deposit..I left and thought it would be a done deal. During the process I was informed to keep making my payments the same way i have been , and i did. Until recently i noticed the "Status" had it still listed as a lease. After a few calls to the dealership nothing has been resolved. Everyone is so concerned on looking into it and taking care of it, but cant seem to ever follow up. And each time i call, its like they are hearing it all for the first time! Meanwhile i'm receiving numerous emails/phone calls from salesman attempting to get me in to discuss end of lease options! Contacted VW directly and they see nothing in their system either, which they found to be very odd given the fact i faxed them a copy of the contracts. Unfortunately they stated i would need to go to the dealership to resolve this matter. Salesman here are very quick to get you in the door to buy something but once you don't do anything to further improve their bottom line, their customer service goes out the window. One thing positive I can say about this location is that Alex in the service area is outstanding! He has always been more then helpful and professional. He truly shows that he cares about issues that come to him. More

Scam artist I was told im getting a 1000 rebate card in 8 to 10 weeks on my gti ,3months later im here waiting for it,found out im not getting it cuz i filled the I was told im getting a 1000 rebate card in 8 to 10 weeks on my gti ,3months later im here waiting for it,found out im not getting it cuz i filled the rabate paper but never check the box to get the card instead they did for me but the wrong box denying the card and using the money supposedly towards the value of car which i never was told that .i think thats fraud when someone checks some box you did not do. More
