Worst dealership in the Las Vegas Valley. Appointments made on the website are not kept. I made an appointment and the car was diagnosed until 3 days after. My vehicle was kept for almost 2 weeks, and no loaner vehicle was offered. I plan to sell my VW car because this dealership has the worst service department. I will never own a VW again. More

June 2022 Wow these Findlay North Volkswagen folks are impressive. Never had a VW before; the A/C and water pump are very expensive repairs. Glad the CCCU folks suggested one of their extended warranties impressive. Never had a VW before; the A/C and water pump are very expensive repairs. Glad the CCCU folks suggested one of their extended warranties a few months back when we bought this VW. Anyway, picked up our VW (Tiguan) from the Findley Henderson location after about $5,300 of work. ON THE WAY HOME from Henderson Findley VW, THE ENGINE LIGHT CAME ON. I was near the Findley North VW location and thought I'd try them this time instead. Service Rep Cris Flores was professional, knowledgeable, and seemed to know what was going on immediately. Cris ran the code reader to confirm. Cris and the Findley North team also found other things wrong with my Tiguan that Henderson Findley did not find. They even sent a video of the additional needed repairs. The next day, Cris had the Tiguan ready. This time, it was actually fixed. My advice; go to Findley North in Centennial Hills (ask for Cris Flores) and avoid that VW dealer in the Automall. Don Gist More
