I drove 3. 5 hours to have my car serviced by a dealership my appt was at 9:30am and was scheduled 3 weeks in advanced. I was told they would call me shortly wit 5 hours to have my car serviced by a dealership my appt was at 9:30am and was scheduled 3 weeks in advanced. I was told they would call me shortly within the hour with the items they recommend I had to call at 4:30pm because I never received a call and they couldn’t even do any service for me. It was a waste of my drive and time. Then I picked up my car after the service department was closed and the sales person was extremely rude when I asked where my keychain was that was in my keys when left there. I would never return for service or to purchase another VW from here because of this terrible experience. More

I brought my VW bug for AC servicing and the person I selected was totally a no show after I personally talked to him on the phone. I got a text message saying that my vehicle would be ready either mid m selected was totally a no show after I personally talked to him on the phone. I got a text message saying that my vehicle would be ready either mid morning or mid day at the latest. I arranged for a ride to the dealership only to find out that the vehicle was not complete and the tech/mechanic was gone. That's when Terron Lane stepped in and found out what the problem was and tried to get someone to finish the job but what we came up with was to return the next day to pick up my vehicle. On that day Terron checked me out and brought my vehicle out to me. I was mad the day before cause no one knew what the status of my vehicle but Terron did exactly what I would have done to calm the customer down. He made my visit a pleasant one and avoided confrontation with people in charge. More
