I recently took my new Volkswagen in for a simple oil change, expecting it to take the two hours the service advisor had estimated. Instead, I was left waiting for over three hours with no updates or exp change, expecting it to take the two hours the service advisor had estimated. Instead, I was left waiting for over three hours with no updates or explanation for the delay. To make matters worse, they didn’t even ask if I wanted a tire rotation, which I assumed would be included in the first couple of services for a new car. Really disappointed with the lack of efficiency and communication from the service department. Not the level of service I expected from Volkswagen. More

From the moment we walked in we were greeted by the sales person Diego. He made me & my wife feel welcomed. He was very knowledgeable of the vehicle we were seeking on seeing, overall he had the color & mode person Diego. He made me & my wife feel welcomed.
