Service advisor David Lucero is great. Mechanics stated I needed to replace and or do maintenance that had already been done with a month to 2 months prior again. Had they of actually look Mechanics stated I needed to replace and or do maintenance that had already been done with a month to 2 months prior again. Had they of actually looked at those items they would have seen the sticker on the battery and check their system the flush for instance. This place was amazing when it was findlay north vw but now it has the rip off centennial feel just like their toyota dealership. Know your vehicle and do your research. Don't listen to everything they tell you. More
