I called Centennial Volkswagen and spoke with Melvin, who was extremely helpful in accommodating me. My battery died around 2:45 pm and I didn’t make it into the dealership until around 3:45, so it really was extremely accommodating of them to get me in and out that same day. They were efficient in their work, and I was appreciative to have people with thorough knowledge of my vehicle servicing it. I had actually called and spoke with Melvin the week prior about transferring my vehicle’s service to this location, and I will definitely be doing so after this. More
The buying experience was exactly as I expected, straight up to the point & working with us to achieve that new car experience. When I booked the service, I requested in writing a check of my car's alignment, along with an 80K mi service. At the end of the service, this shop said the car did not need an alignment and did not need an of my car's alignment, along with an 80K mi service. At the end of the service, this shop said the car did not need an alignment and did not need anything for the 80K mi service--other than an oil change. A week or two later, a different shop found the alignment in this same car was off and fixed it. So it seems the shop is missing required maintenance issues. More
