I don’t know why I keep going back to Centennial for service. Mostly because it’s only 5 min from my house I guess. Every time I go in I’m disappointed and I’ve completely lost trust, to the point where service. Mostly because it’s only 5 min from my house I guess. Every time I go in I’m disappointed and I’ve completely lost trust, to the point where I mark my tires so I know for sure if they actually rotate them, I check my oil when I get home to make sure they actually changed the oil and so on. Once I had my brakes replaced at Findlay Toyota, the next service I take my 4runner to Centennial and they tell me I need new brakes, at this point I think Findlay screwed me over and didn’t do their job so I drive back to Findlay the same day and they check the brakes and email me pictures showing that all the brake pads are still new. Centennial lied and was trying to charge me for something I didn’t need (shocker)… Fast forward to this last service. This last time I took my 4runner in to have a recall fixed and the multi point inspection/ tire rotation that is suggested every 5,000 miles. I got the car back and they couldn’t even reset the maintenance warning for me… lazy and don’t pay attention to detail. On top of that I didn’t get my multi point inspection sheet showing me hat was checked and the condition of everything (shows everything that was checked and is either red,yellow or green). When I picked up my car my advisor was gone so I asked another advisor to print it out for me and there was nothing to print out. She printed out a paper showing what they recommended I have done and that I denied it. What happened to my multi point inspection? I honestly think they just fixed the recall item and didn’t even look at my car for the inspection. I bought an extended service plan for a reason. If it wasn’t for my services being free because of the extended service plan I purchased then I would 100% not be taking my car here. Half the time I make the 45 min drive to Findlay when I have time. They are much more trustworthy and professional. I think next time I dont have time to make the drive to Findlay I’ll try the Autonation toyota instead of Centennial. —PS when the brake mishap happened the manager reached out to me and asked if there was anything they could do, including a free service or anything I needed to earn my trust and business back. I told him xxxx no, once that trust with your mechanics is gone it don’t come back. More
I have been dealing with Tom Blemings for my servicing and have not had one problem. He is very attentive to what's going on and always have a great attitude. I will continue to work with Tom for all of m and have not had one problem. He is very attentive to what's going on and always have a great attitude. I’d like to commend the effeciency of your employee named Carmela. She’s is easy to deal with thorough explaining all the details on purchasing the vehicle. Been using Jason for many years and in my opinion he's the best service writer in the business. Always courteous and helpful and keeps us informed on the status of the work. I took my wifes Toyota CHR witch we bought here, in for a oil service and to have them check the brakes out ! I worked with Jen and she was really Awesome,very polite and courteous! She called me whe she sai oil service and to have them check the brakes out ! I worked with Jen and she was really Awesome,very polite and courteous! She called me whe she said she would daily! She was letting me know the status of my car , it was appreciated ! I needed brakes and since there was a concern about a potenial problem whith a wheel bearing they had to order the part ! They keep it over night and replaced it for free because it was under warranty! (Im glad the mechanic found that issue!) Randy the service manager was awesome also ! Just a great all around experience and yes i recommend Centennial Toyota to everyone! Keep up the great work! God Bless More
They kept calling me about a recall and when I finally took it in. They said it was covered. And when I picked up they said the recall didn’t apply to me and made me pay for a system update and said it wa took it in. They said it was covered. The best service person, Jason, he is helpful and takes time to explain things to a real novice and never pushes work that is not required. Juan Candido is the best salesman. He is very knowledgeable about all the different vehicle features and really takes his time to make sure you’re buying something you love. He didn’t pressure me knowledgeable about all the different vehicle features and really takes his time to make sure you’re buying something you love.
