I visited this dealership looking to up-grade to a new Tacoma pickup. I was most pleased with the quality of service I received. Overall the staff were attentive but not overbearing as in most dealerships Tacoma pickup. I was most pleased with the quality of service I received. Overall the staff were attentive but not overbearing as in most dealerships. They treated me fairly and most important to me, very professionally. I am most pleased with the results. My primary person was Olga who is indeed a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend this dealership. Thank You for the pleasant experience ! D.M. More
Not impressed. I paid $400 to fix the a/c less than a year ago. It’s August and 112 degrees and my a/c isn’t working. Centennial Toyota sold this car to me with an extended warranty that doesn’t cover th year ago. It’s August and 112 degrees and my a/c isn’t working. Centennial Toyota sold this car to me with an extended warranty that doesn’t cover the part needed. They charged me $100 for the part and $300 for labor to fix it last year. And gave me a rental car free of charge. Much different this time. Same service advisor, Sean. Didn’t hear anything for 5 hours and it was almost closing time, so I called him. Voice mail. Called and the person who answered had to find Sean. I had an appointment but Sean wasn’t there when I dropped it off either. So he called me back at closing time and told me he had to call the warranty company to see if the part was covered. He said he thought it might be covered because it was a different part then last time. He said he would call me in the morning. The next morning came and went and I called him after noon. Again voice mail. Called service line and girl had to find him again. He said it was the same part and wasn’t covered. I told him I was coming to get it. I planned to take it somewhere else to see if they were lying to me and, if it was in fact that part, to get it fixed for less money. I went over there and after waiting for Sean who ignored me because he was on the phone, a guy finally drove up in my car. I gut in and the a/c was on and cold! I went and told Sean that the a/c was working! He said that they “tweaked” it. What?! So I drove away and, not to jinx it, the a/c is still working although I’m afraid to adjust the temperature. LOL. I would not recommend this dealership. I paid too much for my dad and a warranty that doesn’t cover anything I need fixed. And the service writer, Sean (Shafiq), sucks as providing customer service. I told them straight up I wasn’t looking to buy the first time I went there. They were still very helpful and let me look at all the cars I asked to see. I ended up going back a few days later to purchase my time I went there. They were still very helpful and let me look at all the cars I asked to see. I ended up going back a few days later to purchase my Corolla. Hands down the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. More

I don’t know why I keep going back to Centennial for service. Mostly because it’s only 5 min from my house I guess. Every time I go in I’m disappointed and I’ve completely lost trust, to the point where service. Mostly because it’s only 5 min from my house I guess. Every time I go in I’m disappointed and I’ve completely lost trust, to the point where I mark my tires so I know for sure if they actually rotate them, I check my oil when I get home to make sure they actually changed the oil and so on. Once I had my brakes replaced at Findlay Toyota, the next service I take my 4runner to Centennial and they tell me I need new brakes, at this point I think Findlay screwed me over and didn’t do their job so I drive back to Findlay the same day and they check the brakes and email me pictures showing that all the brake pads are still new. Centennial lied and was trying to charge me for something I didn’t need (shocker)… Fast forward to this last service. This last time I took my 4runner in to have a recall fixed and the multi point inspection/ tire rotation that is suggested every 5,000 miles. I got the car back and they couldn’t even reset the maintenance warning for me… lazy and don’t pay attention to detail. On top of that I didn’t get my multi point inspection sheet showing me hat was checked and the condition of everything (shows everything that was checked and is either red, yellow or green). When I picked up my car my advisor was gone so I asked another advisor to print it out for me and there was nothing to print out. She printed out a paper showing what they recommended I have done and that I denied it. What happened to my multi point inspection? I honestly think they just fixed the recall item and didn’t even look at my car for the inspection. I bought an extended service plan for a reason. If it wasn’t for my services being free because of the extended service plan I purchased then I would 100% not be taking my car here. Half the time I make the 45 min drive to Findlay when I have time. They are much more trustworthy and professional. I think next time I dont have time to make the drive to Findlay I’ll try the Autonation toyota instead of Centennial. —PS when the brake mishap happened the manager reached out to me and asked if there was anything they could do, including a free service or anything I needed to earn my trust and business back. I told him xxxx no, once that trust with your mechanics is gone it don’t come back. More
