Clean place. They were able to squeeze me in for a weekend service(appointment maker sets you out several months to get the time you need). Initially was told hour and a half for a 10k service. Ended weekend service(appointment maker sets you out several months to get the time you need). Initially was told hour and a half for a 10k service. Ended up being 3. Complained about squeeking noises under the vehicle. He said it would be next time because it’s a warranty work, not a service work. Whatever. It’s 4 stars right now, but next time I come in and get some BS about my complaints and the actual ETA best believe that star won’t be as high. More
We spoke with a woman who said we needed to set up an appointment in order to get a new key made and gave us a price. So we set up the appointment for a week out. At the appointment a week later we are t appointment in order to get a new key made and gave us a price. So we set up the appointment for a week out. At the appointment a week later we are told that the cost we were quoted was wrong and it was going to be over $100 more than what was told to us on the phone and that whoever we spoke to gave us the wrong price. Well, we needed the duplicate key and we already made the appointment so we decided the go forward, but this seemed sort of duplicitous to me. Next we are told that they don't have our key type in stock and that they needed to order it. So we had made an appointment a week earlier, supposedly given the wrong price on the phone, and now despite having the car information at the time of appointment, nobody bothered to make sure the key we needed was in stock before we showed up a week later. We ended up calling a locksmith who was able to come to our house and make a duplicate key for less than the price we were originally quoted (the 'wrong' price) by this service center. I don't particularly like going to Toyota dealerships or service departments at all. We bought the Toyota we have used from a non Toyota dealer because that's how much I don't like dealing with people at Toyota dealerships, but in this case we decided to go ahead and use one anyway and this was the result. In my experience Toyota dealerships/service centers have been terrible. The sales people I have delt with have been pushy and tried to pull all kinds of sales tactics (even 'forgetting' to give me back my license after a test drive to try and make me come back). I only went to this place for a new key and never dealt with any sales people, but this experience only cements my overall view of dealing with Toyota dealerships/service centers. More
I took my car in for its 25k check and told them I was worried because my low tired pressure light kept coming on even though I frequently check the pressure of all of my tires. A week later it came on an worried because my low tired pressure light kept coming on even though I frequently check the pressure of all of my tires. A week later it came on and stayed on. I found out on my own that one of the sensors wasn’t reading. I called to see if it was under warranty. The lady that answered the phone for the service center had an attitude and told me it would cost over $100.00 just for them to look at it and tell me what I already know. She didn’t know if it was covered under my warranty but stated she would have a service tech call me. Hours later I went down there in person because no one called me. I was told the sensor would be covered under my warranty. I scheduled an appointment as soon as one was available. A few days before my app, I got a flat tired. On the day of my appointment, I again checked that this would be covered under my warranty. All of a sudden no one knew and my vehicle had to be looked at first. Four hours later the still had my vehicle and no one contacted me. I called two different numbers and couldn’t speak to anyone about my vehicle. Finally, two hours before their closing time, the service advisor calls me and says the sensor is out because of the flat tire and can’t be covered. I explained that the sensor was out before the flat. The advisor repeated himself as if I was an idiot and asked if I wanted to speak with a manger. When I asked if the manager would work with me, the advisor informed me he would just give me the same information. They were rude, treated me like I was dumb and ignored my concerns l, but still charged me for looking at my vehicle. They told me it would be over $600.00 to fix. Absolutely no one tried to help me figure things out. I took my vehicle to a tire specialist who confirmed the sensor was not caused by the flat tire, was a manufacturing issue and could be fixed. I won’t be taking my vehicle back to that dealership. More

We bought a 2021 Highlander. We dealt with Olga. The process was smooth and easy. Minimum time. They were upfront, honest. And we felt that we paid a fair price for the vehicle.
