I took my 2-year-old Rev 4 ( leased through Centennial Toyota), for a failed/dead battery and factory recall fuel pump. I was unfortunately assigned to Carlos Robles for my service appointment. I requeste Toyota), for a failed/dead battery and factory recall fuel pump. I was unfortunately assigned to Carlos Robles for my service appointment. I requested to have my oil change at the same time as other services. I was told even though the car is under warranty, I will be charged $110 + for the scheduled oil change. I requested to have it done since the vehicle is still under warranty but I was told in no uncertain terms that it will not be done without charging me the whole amount. The issue is not only the rip-off price for an oil change but the attitude of both Carlos and his Supervisor Andrew. Both of them had angry body language with a no-can-do attitude. Both of them treated me with such hostility that I was wondering if it is their demeanor at 8 am, how do they treat customers during the afternoon or evening rush hour? Not only did I receive poor customer service but a hostile attitude towards a customer. I am a loyal Toyota customer for 20 years and if that's how the customers are treated, I will think twice about leasing/buying a Toyota, and needless to say, I will not be returning to Centennial Toyota for any service needs. They made me feel really small and insignificant. They just lost a loyal customer due to rude and condescending service department employees. More

Terrible service. Avoid at all costs. After receiving several notifications for a recall on my vehicle, I set up an appointment to perform the service. I arrived and checked in and was told the service s several notifications for a recall on my vehicle, I set up an appointment to perform the service. I arrived and checked in and was told the service should be pretty quick. I ended up waiting for almost 2 hours only to find out they did not perform any work on my vehicle whatsoever because a part out of the component they needed to swap out was not in stock. I was told I would have to return and wait yet another 2 hours when the part does arrive… This is the third time I have received awful service from Centennial Toyota. The first time one of the technicians forgot to fully tighten drain pan bolt and the bolt came off while driving about 30 minutes away, needless to say the oil pressure went low (obviously), and the oil leaked out all over the parking lot where I was able to park. Thankfully no immediate engine damage as I parked right as the oil pressure light came on. But in any case this event should have never happened!! Second time, one of the reps insisted I get a certain maintenance performed to get my filters swapped out, tires rotated, etc. I have custom wheels on my vehicle that I service elsewhere and K&N filters…there was no need for such a service but the rep kept insisting. So much so that I ended up leaving and getting my simple oil change performed elsewhere. More

Clean place. They were able to squeeze me in for a weekend service(appointment maker sets you out several months to get the time you need). Initially was told hour and a half for a 10k service. Ended weekend service(appointment maker sets you out several months to get the time you need). Initially was told hour and a half for a 10k service. Ended up being 3. Complained about squeeking noises under the vehicle. He said it would be next time because it’s a warranty work, not a service work. Whatever. It’s 4 stars right now, but next time I come in and get some BS about my complaints and the actual ETA best believe that star won’t be as high. More
We spoke with a woman who said we needed to set up an appointment in order to get a new key made and gave us a price. So we set up the appointment for a week out. At the appointment a week later we are t appointment in order to get a new key made and gave us a price. So we set up the appointment for a week out. At the appointment a week later we are told that the cost we were quoted was wrong and it was going to be over $100 more than what was told to us on the phone and that whoever we spoke to gave us the wrong price. Well, we needed the duplicate key and we already made the appointment so we decided the go forward, but this seemed sort of duplicitous to me. Next we are told that they don't have our key type in stock and that they needed to order it. So we had made an appointment a week earlier, supposedly given the wrong price on the phone, and now despite having the car information at the time of appointment, nobody bothered to make sure the key we needed was in stock before we showed up a week later. We ended up calling a locksmith who was able to come to our house and make a duplicate key for less than the price we were originally quoted (the 'wrong' price) by this service center. I don't particularly like going to Toyota dealerships or service departments at all. We bought the Toyota we have used from a non Toyota dealer because that's how much I don't like dealing with people at Toyota dealerships, but in this case we decided to go ahead and use one anyway and this was the result. In my experience Toyota dealerships/service centers have been terrible. The sales people I have delt with have been pushy and tried to pull all kinds of sales tactics (even 'forgetting' to give me back my license after a test drive to try and make me come back). I only went to this place for a new key and never dealt with any sales people, but this experience only cements my overall view of dealing with Toyota dealerships/service centers. More
