Best place to go if you want to be treated like complete trash and lied to at every opportunity. The "managers" are some of the most crooked xxxxxxxx you'll ever deal with. Guess it makes sense they're in trash and lied to at every opportunity. The "managers" are some of the most crooked xxxxxxxx you'll ever deal with. Guess it makes sense they're in Vegas. Don't expect them to care about you after the sale either. Never once did anyone call to see how my purchase went. It's funny because I still get calls every year from the dealer I bought a Civic from back in Florida (15ish years ago) to wish me a Happy Birthday. Centennial though, absolutely worst in the business. If you think they're careful with your credit info? Nope, don't be surprised when someone tries to steal your identity after your purchase from them. Worst dealership in the valley. You won't get a honest price or honest replies. They won't make things right even after admitting fault. Any one who praises this place is either someone from the dealership or someone they paid to write a review. After buying a car from them, never again. The only thing they have going for them is an okay Service Department. Sales side though... they are every single negative stereotype you know about car salesman. More
I used to be a car salesperson for Hyundai years ago. I learned a lot about how to treat the customer, how to meet their needs and answer their concerns to instill confidence when purchasing their car. I learned a lot about how to treat the customer, how to meet their needs and answer their concerns to instill confidence when purchasing their car. It was my job to make their car buying experience memorable, in a good way, and be honest and forthright in closing the deal. We were also taught to deliver the car in such as way that the customer would feel the exhilaration of seeing their new vehicle washed and cleaned up as they sat inside and we explained the features particular to their model. It was our job to share in the customer's excitement as they waved goodbye and drove off in their newly acquired vehicle. Such was our experience today, when we purchased our 2017 Nissan Rogue SV. I can't say enough good things about Hugo Ramirez, our Nissan specialist. From the time we walked in the door, he greeted us with a smile, took us to his office and proceeded to query us regarding what we were looking for in a vehicle. He completed the necessary paperwork and assured us that he could find us a car that would fit our style and budget. True to his word, he did find us the perfect car! We were so happy! He worked with the finance guy to insure we received a deal that was a win-win for us and the dealership. Hugo was pleasant and kind, calm during negotiations and exemplified professionalism at it's best! A class act! We are so happy with Hugo Ramirez and Centennial Toyota. If you're in the market for a new vehicle, please do yourself a favor and give Hugo Ramirez a call in the Internet Sales department at Centennial Toyota. You'll be so glad you did! More

we went to the dealership to get the buy out amount of our leased Rav 4 the transaction that was supposed to be 10 minutes turned out to be 2 hrs. Transaction got more complicated when the dealer created our leased Rav 4 the transaction that was supposed to be 10 minutes turned out to be 2 hrs. Transaction got more complicated when the dealer created another account to show we were buying the car, what we just wanted to get was the BUYOUT amount. Now toyota is showing that we have 2 accts. I won't recommend this dealership ever. More
Would not recommend this dealership. Typical salesman games and only care about making a sale. Left with less than a quarter tank of gas in the new truck I had purchased. I had to bring own tools to take games and only care about making a sale. Left with less than a quarter tank of gas in the new truck I had purchased. I had to bring own tools to take off my license plate from trade in. Salesman drove the car around from being washed and was on the phone inside the car for over 5 mins as I waited awkwardly outside. They sold me a new truck without floor mats, they had the floor covered in wrap open so I wouldn’t notice. I called after the purchase and they gave me a month long run around just to tell me to go pound san floor covered in wrap open so I wouldn’t notice. I called after the purchase and they gave me a month long run around just to tell me to go pound sand. If you buy something there make sure to inspect every inch because once you paid no one will help you. And make sure to haggle, I got $7000 off by walking away twice (new 2021 Tacoma down from $36k to $29k), also negotiate financing, I got them down from 4% to 3% apr. More
