I had a ton of questions and even though my past experience with the online sales person was terrible, and I came in with a semi-sour attitude about it, magic wasn't letting that turn him sour. He answered every question we had, and if he didn't know the answer, he didn't xxxxxxxx us, he was honest and sat right there the whole time so he could learn from the person that was the subject matter expert. He wasn't hasty in time, and he wasn't treating us like a number. He made sure that we were entertained, meanwhile running around and checking on status' of our trade in. Completely different experience from the last time we were there and I sure do hope that if you read this, you go and find Magic! Then get him to show you some card tricks. He's quite good at them.
