Lied to and ignored Went on a Saturday, was told the sales manager wasn’t there on the busiest day of the week. Then was told I could not factory order a car. We left Centennial Toyota and went to Autonation Toyota who treated us with respect and found 22 available cars in the surrounding states. I am disgusted with Centennial Toyota for lying and treating us like we didn’t matter. More

A really good car buying experience We have not bought a car in many years, it was time. Visited this lot on Friday afternoon, then after a few stops at the neighboring auto lots came ba We have not bought a car in many years, it was time. Visited this lot on Friday afternoon, then after a few stops at the neighboring auto lots came back to see Christopher at Toyota. He really listened to us, took a great test ride in the 2018 Camry, and after my husband and I discussed our decision we sat down to buy the car. Christopher did not try to sell us on too much car or something that did not meet our needs. He was very thorough explaining the workings of the car and all the dashboard features and tech. He even set up the Bluetooth phone system for my husband. Very very satisfied with the way he handled the transaction, he understood that for us this was a big deal. Will definitely reccomend this dealership and Christopher. Very happy with the car and especially the service level. The staff at Centennial were all pleasant and friendly, a good vibe for an auto dealership. More
