Poor customer service Tom has a very bad disposition and does not get problems fixed the 1st, 2nd, 3rd or 4th time. Had ac issue that required multiple trips to the dealer Tom has a very bad disposition and does not get problems fixed the 1st, 2nd, 3rd or 4th time. Had ac issue that required multiple trips to the dealership to be fixed. He was extremely rude and personalizes customer dissatisfaction for wanting something fixed right. The porter that takes your car to be washed ran our Sienna into a cement pole and severly damaged the right front corner of vehicle and Tom minimized damage because car was not brand new. Their body shop has had to repair damage multiple times and Tom made every part of the process extremely difficult. More

Visited this lot on Friday afternoon, then after a few stops at the neighboring auto lots came back to see Christopher at Toyota. He really listened to us, took a great test ride in the 2018 Camry, and after my husband and I discussed our decision we sat down to buy the car. Christopher did not try to sell us on too much car or something that did not meet our needs. He was very thorough explaining the workings of the car and all the dashboard features and tech. He even set up the Bluetooth phone system for my husband. Very very satisfied with the way he handled the transaction, he understood that for us this was a big deal. Will definitely reccomend this dealership and Christopher. Very happy with the car and especially the service level. The staff at Centennial were all pleasant and friendly, a good vibe for an auto dealership. More
