I had inquired about a car online & sales rep, Giovanni called me. Online it said "we bring the test drive to you". So I inquired about this, but was told they were short on drivers so I had to come there (45 minutes away each way). Okay, I agreed & got there an hour & half later. As we were waiting for someone to get the keys to the car, I am told, sorry, the car just sold. So of course I'm upset so I'm taken to talk to the Sales Manager, Mike. Mike says, I'll make it up to you & make you a great deal on another car! So they show us another car that I really like, I test drive it, ready to purchase until I am told the price! It was 5k more than the other car I originally came in to see. So we negotiate with Mike & I decided I needed to think about it as it was more than I intended to spend. So we leave & within an hour I decided, that is the car for me. I text Giovanni at 5:55pm asking if it is still available before I make the 45 minute drive out there. I then decide to call & talk to Mike directly. This is at 6:02pm. I talk to Mike & he tells me someone else is working on a deal with this car, do I want him to mark it sold? So we agree on the out the door price & I tell him I'm on my way & remind him I'm 45 minutes away. He said great, I'll mark it sold. At 6:04pm, Giovanni texts me back & says "someone is working at the vehicol tho. So if you can come now that would be great." I text him at 6:11pm & tell him I'm on my way that I spoke to Mike. At 6:27pm I call Giovanni & Mike to ask a question about payment options. We agree on the payment method. At 6:37pm (10 minutes after my 2nd call to Mike, 30 minutes from my original call from Mike, 10 minutes from me arriving at Centennial Toyota) Giovanni calls me with Mike in the background & tells me the car is sold!!! WHAT!!! Giovanni says, "sorry I got overpowered". I said but Mike said it was marked sold to me! I spoke to him twice just as recently as 10 minutes ago!!! Mike is in the background saying, sorry, it sold to someone else. I was so angry & frustrated I hung up. Obviously the sales rep & manager were both LYING & being deceptive as they both told me someone was working another deal on the car, but then Mike told me (knowing someone else was working a deal) that he was marking it sold to me! Obviously though, he did not stop whoever else was making a deal once he stated it was sold to me. They knowingly sold it to someone else with full knowledge that I was on my way to come purchase it. They obviously were playing me & the other buyer against each other knowing one of us would loose. I cannot believe that Centennial Toyota allows this horrible business to be conducted not only by the sales rep, but this was straight from the Manager!! Centennial Toyota should be ashamed of themselves! More

DISHONEST SERVICE! On 6/30/2020 I took my 2019 4runner DISHONEST SERVICE! On 6/30/2020 I took my 2019 4runner in to have its 30,000 mile service. The service advisor Danny Lopez told me that my front brake pads were measured at 5mm which is close to when they recommend them being replaced. The thing is I had Findlay Toyota install new brake pads in February only 5,000 miles prior. This was my first time taking my 4runner to Centennial because I bought it from Findlay. With that being said I was immediately pissed thinking Findlay Toyota charged me for the brakes but never installed new ones. I called and talked to a service manager at Findlay who asked if I could bring the 4runner in so they can take a look. The next day on 7/01/2020 I took the 4runner into Findlay. Their techs measured the brakes at 10mm and even took photos and emailed them to me for proof. The brakes are still almost BRAND NEW. I called Centennial Toyota and talked to a Service manager who apologized over and over again and even offered to “take care of me” even if it was something out of the ordinary that I needed done. I told him that the trust is down the drain and I will never be back to Centennial even if that meant free service. Even though Centennial is a 5 minute drive for me, I’ll continue to make the 45 min drive to Findlay Toyota so I can have HONEST techs who don’t try to rip me off. I have a Toyota Corolla that I bought from Centennial and have been using them for years for service, even before I bought the Corolla I would have them do the service on my truck. Makes me wonder how many other times they diagnosed a fake issue. My advice is to take your cars elsewhere. If they did this to me it’s safe to think they do this all the time and they just don’t get caught! More

They send a nice guy out to figure out the monthly and money down and then have you wait at a small table while the financial guys “crunches” number. Next thing I know I’m walking out paying 17k for 12k listed car. DONT TRUST THEM FOR A SECOND. They will take advantage while you site at a table instead of negotiating directly with the finance guy. I went back to complain, Jason basically told me to get lost and I would have to figure out all the dmv registration myself. This is a CHEAP deal shop and finance guy is greedy. More
The best service and experience!! We at the Andersons Household have bought a lot of vehicles over the years and have experienced a lot of different car buying experiences throughout o We at the Andersons Household have bought a lot of vehicles over the years and have experienced a lot of different car buying experiences throughout our time, and none of them have been so easy and relaxing as this. I can 100% say that this was the best experience by far. They do not pressure you but make sure that they can be found easily and have an answer for all your questions or needs. Our salesman-Michael Snook was a awesome young man who was honest (rare find) along with the entire team down to the financing specialist who was fast and professional who explained everything exponentially. They did not try and sell us a vehicle but were a partner that was able to accommodate our needs while being extremely fair. I appreciate up front and no cheap sales tactics. I highly recommend Centennial Toyota to all who are in the market for a vehicle-new or used. Please give my new life time dealership a chance, and ask for Michael Snook, I know he will take care of you along with the entire team. The Andersons. More
VERY BAD experience. Was purchasing out of our state, as this vehicle had all the features we were looking for, for the make, model & year. The car salesman confirmed that it did have all of the features, w this vehicle had all the features we were looking for, for the make, model & year. The car salesman confirmed that it did have all of the features, which included navigation, as my husband explained, if not it was a deal breaker. Sales men. Again confirmed it did. Our loan provider sent over all needed to purchase car but we wanted to make sure before we signed, so we payed for airplane tickets, and booked a room to inspect ourselves. (The man we spoke with was on vacation) so we dealt with someone else. The car DID NOT have the required features, as promised!! We were stuck without transportation! The salesman brought someone else in who offered to deduct $300, as that was what it would cost to install. Yeah right, the Honda dealership told us it would cost about $2000!! These people cost us a lot of time and money and didn't deliver on their fake confirmation. DO NOT believe these people. Especially if going through a source such as car gurus or other outlet. Make sure to see yourself. DO NOT trust these people! They are liars! They could have cared less about the money they cost us and totally insulted us!! The salesman is named FRED. Also, he told us that the car would be gassed up and ready to go. When I text FRED and explained the situation, he could have caredared less and didn't even apologize in any way!! WORST experience ever!! Liars, liars, liars!! More

I got a fair price on my xxx In early March 2019 I did my research (2016 Avalon), new what I wanted, what it should cost and scheduled a test drive. I got a fair price on my xxx trade (1997 Avalon without reverse!) and we met halfway on OUT THE DOOR price and made a deal. Very painless. If their computers network did not crash, we could have been out in two hours, Instead we had lunch next door and came back to pick up paperwork. Our salesman Fred new his cars well, and was no nonsense! Excellent deal, great salesman, fantastic car! More
Misleading information I was told by Sean a service advisor it would only take 1.5 hours for my services and it took 4 hours... I would rather know the true and plan for it. Great car buying experience Thank you to Tim Asiain and John Buduzyan! They went above and beyond. I decided on the new 2018 4Runner. The whole process was absolutely painless. S Thank you to Tim Asiain and John Buduzyan! They went above and beyond. I decided on the new 2018 4Runner. The whole process was absolutely painless. So quick and professional, very laid back and no pressure at all. They made sure I'm comfortable with the terms of the deal. There great customer service exceeded my expectations, very friendly and so easy to talk to. Tim made follow up phone calls to make sure that I'm satisfied and happy with my purchase. He also gave me updates on the progress of the options installation. I guess the experience of great car buying depends on who you deal with. I would definitely recommend Tim and John at Centennial dealership. More
