I had an appointment on 03/11/2021 at 9:30am for a recall. I arrived to my appointment 15 min early and dropped off my vehicle with the assigned service advisor. I signed the paperwork and was told my recall. I arrived to my appointment 15 min early and dropped off my vehicle with the assigned service advisor. I signed the paperwork and was told my car would be ready at around 2:00pm and that they would call me. At 2:00pm, no one had contacted me so I called the service department and was told by the female rep that my advisor was with another customer and that he would call me back shortly. I waited one hour and still no call so I decided to call back. Again, the same female rep answered and after a few minutes told me that my service advisor was still busy and would give me a call back as soon as he finished what he was doing. At 4:30pm I still had not received any notification about my vehicle so I called for a 3rd time and the female rep told me that my service advisor was checking on my vehicle and that he would be calling me shortly. I received a text automated message at 4:52pm with my inspection report so I assumed my vehicle was ready and had someone drive me down to Centennial Toyota. When I arrived at about 5:45pm, the service department was closed and I had to pick up my vehicle at the front lobby reception desk inside of the dealership. I’ve worked in customer service for many years and I understand that vehicles can take longer than expected to be ready. But my vehicle was literally at their shop for over 8 hours and I could not get anyone to call me back about my vehicle or tell me it was done. Maybe it was my service advisor, but I would not recommend their service department to anyone. More

We recently purchased a used car from this dealership. At first we liked what we saw and how they treated us. Only to find out later they lied a lot to make the sale. Very bad business. Our fault for not bei first we liked what we saw and how they treated us. Only to find out later they lied a lot to make the sale. Very bad business. Our fault for not being on top of everything, but very sad they would do that. It's ok wont happen again. We will never buy from them again and we will let all of our friends and family know how sneaky they are. More

Worst Experience Ever! Worst experience ever! I had inquired about a car online & sales rep, Giovanni called me. Online it said "we bring the test drive to you". So I inq Worst experience ever! I had inquired about a car online & sales rep, Giovanni called me. Online it said "we bring the test drive to you". So I inquired about this, but was told they were short on drivers so I had to come there (45 minutes away each way). Okay, I agreed & got there an hour & half later. As we were waiting for someone to get the keys to the car, I am told, sorry, the car just sold. So of course I'm upset so I'm taken to talk to the Sales Manager, Mike. Mike says, I'll make it up to you & make you a great deal on another car! So they show us another car that I really like, I test drive it, ready to purchase until I am told the price! It was 5k more than the other car I originally came in to see. So we negotiate with Mike & I decided I needed to think about it as it was more than I intended to spend. So we leave & within an hour I decided, that is the car for me. I text Giovanni at 5:55pm asking if it is still available before I make the 45 minute drive out there. I then decide to call & talk to Mike directly. This is at 6:02pm. I talk to Mike & he tells me someone else is working on a deal with this car, do I want him to mark it sold? So we agree on the out the door price & I tell him I'm on my way & remind him I'm 45 minutes away. He said great, I'll mark it sold. At 6:04pm, Giovanni texts me back & says "someone is working at the vehicol tho. So if you can come now that would be great." I text him at 6:11pm & tell him I'm on my way that I spoke to Mike. At 6:27pm I call Giovanni & Mike to ask a question about payment options. We agree on the payment method. At 6:37pm (10 minutes after my 2nd call to Mike, 30 minutes from my original call from Mike, 10 minutes from me arriving at Centennial Toyota) Giovanni calls me with Mike in the background & tells me the car is sold!!! WHAT!!! Giovanni says, "sorry I got overpowered". I said but Mike said it was marked sold to me! I spoke to him twice just as recently as 10 minutes ago!!! Mike is in the background saying, sorry, it sold to someone else. I was so angry & frustrated I hung up. Obviously the sales rep & manager were both LYING & being deceptive as they both told me someone was working another deal on the car, but then Mike told me (knowing someone else was working a deal) that he was marking it sold to me! Obviously though, he did not stop whoever else was making a deal once he stated it was sold to me. They knowingly sold it to someone else with full knowledge that I was on my way to come purchase it. They obviously were playing me & the other buyer against each other knowing one of us would loose. I cannot believe that Centennial Toyota allows this horrible business to be conducted not only by the sales rep, but this was straight from the Manager!! Centennial Toyota should be ashamed of themselves! More

DISHONEST SERVICE! On 6/30/2020 I took my 2019 4runner DISHONEST SERVICE! On 6/30/2020 I took my 2019 4runner in to have its 30,000 mile service. The service advisor Danny Lopez told me that my front bra DISHONEST SERVICE! On 6/30/2020 I took my 2019 4runner in to have its 30,000 mile service. The service advisor Danny Lopez told me that my front brake pads were measured at 5mm which is close to when they recommend them being replaced. The thing is I had Findlay Toyota install new brake pads in February only 5,000 miles prior. This was my first time taking my 4runner to Centennial because I bought it from Findlay. With that being said I was immediately pissed thinking Findlay Toyota charged me for the brakes but never installed new ones. I called and talked to a service manager at Findlay who asked if I could bring the 4runner in so they can take a look. The next day on 7/01/2020 I took the 4runner into Findlay. Their techs measured the brakes at 10mm and even took photos and emailed them to me for proof. The brakes are still almost BRAND NEW. I called Centennial Toyota and talked to a Service manager who apologized over and over again and even offered to “take care of me” even if it was something out of the ordinary that I needed done. I told him that the trust is down the drain and I will never be back to Centennial even if that meant free service. Even though Centennial is a 5 minute drive for me, I’ll continue to make the 45 min drive to Findlay Toyota so I can have HONEST techs who don’t try to rip me off. I have a Toyota Corolla that I bought from Centennial and have been using them for years for service, even before I bought the Corolla I would have them do the service on my truck. Makes me wonder how many other times they diagnosed a fake issue. My advice is to take your cars elsewhere. If they did this to me it’s safe to think they do this all the time and they just don’t get caught! More
