After talking to the dealer ship to resolve the matter, they kindly offered to try one more time, BUT WOULD CHARGE ME, after all.. Service Dept is the worst I have ever had to deal with, they lack badly i they kindly offered to try one more time, BUT WOULD CHARGE ME, after all.. Service Dept is the worst I have ever had to deal with, they lack badly in communication, work no done as requested and recall work not done as final invoice states. They were very good sending me text's for the up coming appointment and for free car inspection work that was suggested to be done with a price for the repairs. I tried to talk to my assigned service manager to review the suggested work, 4 call's later and with over 120 minutes of hold time and over a 4-6 hours of no call backs to discuss the repairs or just to now when my car would be ready for pickup, was an adventure in poor service and lack of communication from the dealers ship. ORIGINAL WORK REQUESTED AND RECALL WAS NOT DONE,SEAT BELTS STILL DO NOT FUNCTION AND WILL NOT RETRACT. THE SERVICE DEPT IS IN NEED OF MAJOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND BETTER COMMNICATION SKILL'S. CALLED TOYOTA USA TO LET THEM KNOW, LET'S SEE HOW IT IS CORRECTED AND TRUE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS DONE AT THE TOP LEVER, JUST TO GET MY CAR FIXED AGAIN AFTER WASTING AND ENTIRE FUSTRATING DAY AT CENNTNIAL TOYOTA. NO STAR RATING AS I WASTED 8 HOUR OF MY LIFE JUST TO GET NO WHERE....PLUS WHEN I CALLED TO SPEAK TO SPEAK TO SOME ONE REGARDING MY MOST WODERFUL EXPERICE NO ONE WAS AVAILABLE, TOLD THEY ARE OWN BY A COMPANY IN CALIFORNIA, ASKED FOR THE COPR NUMBER BUT TOLD SHE DID NO HAVE IT, SO THE DEALER SHIP OFFERED NO WAY TO CUSTOMEER FEED BACK, LACK OF COMMNUCATION AND SERIVE IS NON EXSISTING, WOULD HATE TO BUY A CAR FROM THEM RATHER GO TO THE DENTIST THEN WITH CENTANIAL TOYTOAService Dept is the worst I have ever had to deal with, they lack badly in communication, work no done as requested and recall work not done as final invoice states More

I have never had such a good customer service experience than I have had with Jennifer she took care of everything she was pleasant and very professional. I will definitely be back to this dealership not only for service but to buy my next car because of the way Jennifer had managed my repairs. I know there’s many other Toyota dealers local but my future business was won because of Jennifers professionalism. More

I walked into this dealership knowing exactly what car i wanted. The salesman helped me find the perfect vehicle with the perfect price, we didnt sway away from the one i wanted we focused on that vehicle o wanted. I have a 2013 Toyota Highlander,(116,000 miles) that had a cam seal leaking. I got a rental while parts were ordered and being repaired. I then had a rear crank seal leaking and had the repair completed in a cam seal leaking. I got a rental while parts were ordered and being repaired. I then had a rear crank seal leaking and had the repair completed in one day, very little miles on rental car. No more oil leaks and car is running good. Thanks to Sean Beria (service advisor) and his mechanics. More
