The Sales and Service staff of Centennial Toyota is OUTSTANDING!!!! Jason Kopecky has serviced my car since I moved to NEVADA 7 years ago. When I was ready for a new car Jason referred me to Raul Trave OUTSTANDING!!!! Jason Kopecky has serviced my car since I moved to NEVADA 7 years ago. When I was ready for a new car Jason referred me to Raul Traversi and Erik Nothem in sales. Erik worked with me to get the Very Best deal possible. I am now the proud opener of a 2021 Toyota Venza !!!! What a car. I know going forward I am in Excellent Hands with Toyota. Toyota owner since 1994!!!!!!!!!! More

Horrible customer service by Sean Beria. DO NOT go to him. The appointment I made was with him and when I went into his office he tried to pass me to someone else saying "I don't handle newer cars". When he realized the other guy was on lunch he then said "Never mind I guess I'll do it". It was like he didn't want to do his job even though I had an appointment with him. I then went to the waiting room inside to wait for my 10,000 mile service. I do not know much about cars and how long services usually take but he had me waiting for 3 hours! My service was done after an hour and he failed to communicate that with me. I'm a very introverted person and I don't like to complain or nag too much which is why I waited 3 hours like an idiot. After 3 hours I finally get impatient and go outside and see my car parked in the parking lot assuming it's been done a while ago. It was partly my fault because I didn't answer an unknown number. I don't answer random phone numbers because I get a lot of spam calls. It turns out it was him trying to call me that my service was done but he didn't even leave me a voicemail. If it's something that important you would think to leave your customer a message, but he didn't. What's also infuriating is that I saw him pass by the waiting room at least 3 times! He passed by and he didn't care to tell me my car was ready. I'm not just sitting in the waiting room for fun! I don't get mad easily but it was very frustrating having him as my service advisor. He was very unprofessional and his customer service sucked. This isn't the first bad experience I've had at Centennial Toyota but it is the last because I will not be coming here again. More

I understand you can't trust car sales reps, but that's especially true at Centennial Toyota. I'm sure management is really proud of their staff because they are really good at being shady without you even especially true at Centennial Toyota. My husband's car up and died one day and we were scrambling to find a replacement as he has a long commute everyday for work. Our sales rep kept saying how she would help us because of this unexpected event and she seemed like she actually cared. When we finally set on the Camary, she made it seem like she was lowering the cost of the vehicle, helping us as she would say, when in reality all she did was play up the theatrics and lower the price by the value of our trade-in. She went back and forth multiple times, each time telling us she was able to get the price lowered and how she doesn't work on commission and just wants to help us. However, after we signed the paperwork and got home, we realized what she actually did. All she did was "negotiate" the value of our trade-in off the car, she never actually lowered the price. I understand we should have asked more questions and stuck to the price we originally had set, but she was good and completely got us to lower our guard and trust her. We obviously will never be returning to Centennial Toyota, but my advice to anyone who does go is to just be aware and don't ever lower your guard with these people. They do not care. More

I had a battery go bad after 2years owning a brand new Camry. My service advisor informed me that my battery was still under the initial warranty. They sold me a car in January of 2020. By April after only 1100 miles the engine blew. Charged me 2k to fix a vehicle they sold me that was obviously broken. That repair, that I paid 2k for, lasted only 100 miles before the engine blew again. TWICE they put my family’s lives in danger by installing broken parts in my car. They kept the vehicle for 6 weeks that time leaving us without transportation. They did offer a rental around the fifth week of my vehicle just sitting in their service center. When it was finally returned to me they had broken off part of the drivers seat and filled the floor boards with garbage. They had zero regard for my family or my safety. The technician even told me via text that he was installing old broken parts in my car. It’s in terrible shape all thanks to Centinnial Toyota. I can’t take the car back to them because I’m afraid they’re going to endanger my children’s lives again. Pleas do not buy a vehicle from them. Repeated calls and messages for management go unanswered. More
