I sent another email to him that was a response to an email sent on 7/24 showing a picture of the broken seat (he never responded to that email). Go pull the service records for VIN 3FADP4BJ5DM144193 you’ll see what I mean. While my vehicle was in your service center you guys called me and asked me to come to the store to look into getting a different vehicle. I thought Great we can put this behind us. I take an Uber all the way across town. I get to the store, get passed around between 3 people, handed a bottle of water, and was asked to leave as “there was nothing you could do”. Keep in mind you guys asked me to come down there in the first place! I met Charles Molina that day. He handed me his card and said call me if you need anything. I called and he told the receptionist, Linds, there was nothing he could do and he would not take my call. She then offered the number for corporate to file a complaint.
