There was no "miscommunication" about options. The finance person tried to sell me an alarm, I said I do not want the alarm. He stated "Since you are a loyal customer, I will take care of it". Yet he charged me for it. He also failed to give me a copy of the contract even though I asked for one. It took 12 days to get a copy. This is fraud!

There was no "miscommunication" about options. I declined the alarm option that he later added to the contract. The finance person committed fraud on the contract.
