Horrible Service. Poor communication and no compassion. I will never return. I had a 9:30a. Sean Beria has a poor attitude and no respect for women. After 11am I asked Sean to check the status of my car, it will never return. I had a 9:30a. Sean Beria has a poor attitude and no respect for women. After 11am I asked Sean to check the status of my car, it hadn’t even been serviced. Sean said they we’re short staff and walked and told me to have a nice day. No stars should be an option. More

I called on May 13, 2021 to setup an appointment for a recall service on my 2020 Tacoma. They set me up on May 18, 2021 at 8:15 AM, since they were ordering the fuel pump. I arrived at 7:30 AM on the day recall service on my 2020 Tacoma. They set me up on May 18, 2021 at 8:15 AM, since they were ordering the fuel pump. I arrived at 7:30 AM on the day of the appointment, to be turned around because they ran out of the fuel pump. I was told the part is back ordered. I am disappointed, because I had to take a day off to get this service done and just wasted my time. It would have been nice if they assigned the part for whoever has a scheduled recall service and get it done on the promised date. Or be notified beforehand if they ran out of parts. More
Had an appointment for our 2001 4Runner on Friday the 14th of May, we were greeted promptly and had Geo our service Rep take our order. We wanted and oil change and the usual fluid check and rotate the t 14th of May, we were greeted promptly and had Geo our service Rep take our order. We wanted and oil change and the usual fluid check and rotate the tires. I had also noticed a leak from the transmission pan underneath the vehicle and pointed it out to the service rep and he looked and could see the seepage from the transmission pan gasket. We were quoted for the oil change @ $49.95 and $170.00 for diagnosing the leak! Not much diagnosing to be done it was out in plain sight! Anyway about 12:30PM I received an email with the results of the multi point inspection and the "diagnosis" of my leak. I went through all of the proposed "problems" or items that "needed" attention along with the estimated cost to do each one. I was shocked at the prices that were quoted! I also have and Acura MDX and my service fess for it are substantially less than were quoted for my 4Runner for comparable repairs. Anyway, I did give permission to replace the Transmission Pan gasket and replace the air filter and declined everything else. Ten heard nothing about when the vehicle would be ready until late afternoon when Geo told me (after I called to check) that they were waiting for the gasket to arrive which had been ordered and the vehicle would probably be ready on Saturday morning, this was no problem. Saturday arrives and by about 10:30AM I had heard nothing so left a message to see where we were, Geo called back and said they were still waiting for the part to arrive and the repair should be done by 5:00PM, I check again @ 4:50PM to see where we were and GEO called back to tell me the Tech had just brought him the paperwork so I could come and collect my car. The overall invoice for the work was $1118.83 of that $935.38 was labor charges!!! only $162.66 in parts and $6.69 in shop supplies. So of this total $980.94 was the cost of replacing the transmission pan gasket!! This is a fairly straight forward repair requiring draining the transmission fluid, removing the trans cover cleaning the contact surfaces and replacing the old gasket with a new one and retorquing the trans cover bolts to factory specs, then replacing the transmission fluid. So the labor for this job was $889.88 !! I find this to be an outrageous cost for something I could have done at home if I were a few years younger for just the cost of the gasket, sealer and transmission fluid, all of which would have been $91.06 using genuine Toyota parts. Although the job got done and appears to be dry at the moment, I will NOT be coming back to Centennial for any future work, I feel the labor charges are grossly marked up and significantly higher than I pay for comparable work on my Acura done by the Acura dealer. I checked on several of the prices provided with my check up for different items and in some cases could get the same items done for about 50% of the estimated prices quoted by Centennial. More

Very pleased with the excellent service and staff courtesy. Been going to Centennial since I moved to Vegas in 2011. Jason Kopecky, the Service Advisor, is the most helpful, kindest guy I know. Al courtesy. Been going to Centennial since I moved to Vegas in 2011. Jason Kopecky, the Service Advisor, is the most helpful, kindest guy I know. Always is honest about what service I have coming up that needs addressing, such as my brakes on my 2013 RAV4. Since I trust him I scheduled the job. My brake job was done so quickly and I’m super pleased. More

It's an acceptable dealership along with the dealership experience that you would expect when taking your Toyota for routine maintenance. I took my 2016 Sienna in for it's regularly scheduled full synthet experience that you would expect when taking your Toyota for routine maintenance. I took my 2016 Sienna in for it's regularly scheduled full synthetic oil change. I understand that car dealerships make most of their revenue from the service department, but I really don't appreciate the completely unnecessary upsell services, especially when it does not come from the manufacturer service schedule but rather their own proprietary service schedule. And when it's given before even getting my car on the lift for inspection. What was to be a $70 oil change was quoted to me to be over $600 to change some additional fluids. My Sienna has under 25k miles, garage kept and is driven carefully with kids in back - so I very much doubt that those services were needed and I respectfully declined. I had scheduled the service on their dealership website and was quoted $70.40 online for the oil change service. When I dropped it off, I was corrected that the service was 74.95. A minor irritant but not worth it to me to haggle over. But I really do hate sloppy, unprofessional pricing. If they fail at that, then it legitimately raises the question, what else are they failing at? Then came time to pay the bill and with their extra fees, the total was just a few cents under $90. That's over 20% more than I had expected, not including taxes. I was willing to pay more for a simple oil change at $70.40 because I could at least get a nice car wash as they usually do, but then I was told no - that they had laid off their car wash employees due to the pandemic. My wife and I bought both of our Siennas new there, a 2012 and my 2016. I had ALWAYS taken our Siennas here for service before and no where else, but that is it for me. Centennial Toyota just can't justify their significantly higher prices for simple routine maintenance that I could even do myself if I had the tools and time. If they simply didn't gouge their customers, I would have kept taking our Siennas there for service for YEARS. Instead they have lost our business and I will take them to a more reputable service and repair business. More
