I purchased two Toyotas at Centennial Toyota and have had all of my maintenance done there since 2006 when I purchased my Prius, which I still have with 204,000 miles and my 2016 RAV 4. Bought my Avalon at the end of 2014 and have several service advisors. Sean Beria is best I've had in those years. He'd very attentive and makes sure all is checked on my car because he knows my inten service advisors. Sean Beria is best I've had in those years. The service no longer includes a complementary car wash. The dealer states that this is due to Covid. The other dealers, including Lexus (same parent company) provide car washes. When I arrive at my scheduled appointment I'm greeted by my advisor and we communicate my vehicle's service needs. Then I'm asked if I need a ride home and treated well. I recently had another routine maintenance done at 30K miles. My service advisor Geo Mejia did a great job with taking care of my vehicle. My Tacoma was in and out in no time good for another round. I have nothing to complain about. More
