Our family was in search of a 4Runner. Due to the pandemic and rising costs of used vehicles we ultimately decided to purchase brand new instead. Jimmy V. of the internet sales reached out and exceed pandemic and rising costs of used vehicles we ultimately decided to purchase brand new instead. Jimmy V. of the internet sales reached out and exceeded our needs in facilitating/locating our 21’ 4Runner. From the moment we initiated contact Jimmy, he maintained correspondence throughout the process via text/call(s) as our vehicle was expected to arrive at Centennial Toyota 3-4 weeks out. Once our 4Runner arrived Jimmy notified us and was extremely attentive/ responsive to all of our needs. He ensured pre-inspection delivery was taken cared of, made sure the tint we had requested was done properly and even delivered our 4Runner to our house - while we were out of town on our family trip. I definitely would recommend Jimmy and the entire Centennial Toyota team. This was our 3rd Toyota/Scion that we have purchased from here and we wouldn’t purchase from anywhere else!!! A+++++++ More
Going to any dealership you expect to see professional sales representatives offering advice and helpful information. The fine people at centennial Toyota are immature and unprofessional. Loudly shouting sales representatives offering advice and helpful information. The fine people at centennial Toyota are immature and unprofessional. Loudly shouting and watching a game while people make important decisions. Cursing in front of children. I got a ok deal on my car after waiting 2 hours for financing. The boss was there as well that day and didn’t seem to care. I’ve worked with food service workers with more professionalism. More
The cost of services was High. I find that $39.00 for a Smog Test to be outrageous, especially when I can get one anywhere from $14.00 to $18.00 everywhere else. Awful place for used car sales. Bought a used car for my son and they tried to pad a recondition fee. Its a scam, try searching online. Its a dishionest way to lure you thinking of a lower price. Been visiting Centennial Toyota since 2004 and bought 2 cars during that period. The majority of that span, my experiences have been GREAT with VERY minimal complaints! But recent years (maybe starting f cars during that period. The majority of that span, my experiences have been GREAT with VERY minimal complaints! But recent years (maybe starting few years back), feels like customer service is degrading every year (every visit)? Before, when arriving to the Service Center, employees used to greet you right away and communicate. Now, everyone walks past you, not even a simple, "Hello" - ONLY after standing there and finally someone acknowledging. Been using random Consultants as assigned when scheduling online and recent visits weren't very welcoming? Not the most communicative people that I've dealt with. Even waiting outside their office patiently, not even a quick acknowledgement (...Be right with you....Hello....). Some of the Reps barely turned away from their computer to make eye contact once processing my appointment. Kind of feels like the Reps aren't too interested when Service is included (free) with your new car? When they want to SELL me something, Ext. Warranty, Brake Flush, etc. - all of a sudden FULL of personality!?! We all know how dealerships are portrayed and I've always thought this place was better than that all these years. But the vibes that I've been experiencing from my recent visits has started to influence my feelings negatively about their Customer Service. To be fair, my Rep for my last visit was more personable than my previous appointments (he was new). What aggravated me was when picking up my car, he wasn't in his office (empty), so I waited by the door. Few minutes, no one acknowledges - even a few people walk into the office past me without a word (in & out). Finally, what appeared to be a manager passing, asked me who I was waiting for - John - and he guessed that he would be right back? So still waiting outside by the door....a Rep who I assume shares the office, entered and got on the computer. A little bit later, another Rep entered and they started conversing. Coming up to around 20 minutes or so (from arrival - standing outside the door), it doesn't sound like the conversation is business and that I assume, John must be at Lunch? So I interrupt and ask if John is around so I can pick up my car and the second Rep responds in a surprising manner..."Oh! I can help you with that..."!?!? I'm assuming he was covering for John, but didn't have presence of mind to ask why I was standing outside the office all that time? Needless to say, I was in a rush to get out of there! More
I have had my 2004 Toyota tacoma serviced at Centennial Toyota for almost 18 years and I have nothing but praise for them. As with all dealership service you pay a premium but with this dealership you get Toyota for almost 18 years and I have nothing but praise for them. As with all dealership service you pay a premium but with this dealership you get what you pay for. Jason Kopecky has been my go to guy and there is no finer service consultant anywhere. More
This crooks tried to get more than 10k over sticker price. Biggest scammers out there. Zero integrity. Don’t ever try and buy a car here unless you want to be taken advantage of and insulted. price.
